Three streams of the Solid Waste Program
As of early 2018 the Town of Coaldale began offering three streams of collection in the curbside pick-up with the addition of composting to the existing garbage and recycling collection.
Information on the program and pick-up schedules are available on our website and at the Town Office. Online visit http://www. coaldale.ca/services/utilities-and-services/ In order to accommodate yard waste the composting carts are picked up weekly from March 1 to November 30, switching to bi-weekly pickup through the winter, December 1 to February 28. With the addition of composting, garbage pick up changed to every other week as the composting will allow residents to reduce their garbage.
