plan to one of Kansas City Life’s permanent life insurance policies regardless of your health at the time of conversion. n Flexible premium payment schedules. You can

choose annual, semi-annual or quarterly billing.

Or, you can pay your premiums automatically each month from your checking account. n Premium savings when electing annual

premiums or paying in advance. n Requalification option after 10 years2.

At a competitive cost, you can enhance your coverage by adding one or more of the following riders to your term life insurance coverage.* n Income Assured Option — This enhancement allows the owner to choose how the death benefit is paid out. The owner can select the amount, duration and frequency of income payments and still maintain a lump sum benefit as well.

n Terminal Illness Rider — This rider provides for an “advance” of up to 50 percent of the policy face amount if the insured is diagnosed as having a terminal illness and a life expectancy of 12 months or less.

n Waiver of Premium — If a sudden disability strikes, bills can pile up. This rider waives the premium during a period of total disability when the disability occurs while the rider is in force, before the insured reaches age 60 and exceeds six consecutive months.

n Accidental Death Benefit —

1 For issue ages of 20-60, the final conversion date is the policy anniversary nearest the insured’s 65th birthday. For issue ages 61-75, the final conversion date is the fifth policy anniversary.

2 After 10 years, you may have the option to apply for a new level term policy with a new guaranteed level premium. If you qualify, your premiums will be lower over the remaining life of the policy than if you had continued your original policy. To qualify, you must show evidence of good health. If you do not qualify, or if you choose not to reapply for a new initial term period with a new level premium, your future premiums are subject to adjustment; however, they will never exceed the guarantees shown in the policy.

Provides an additional death benefit in the event of death due to a covered accident. With accidents among the top causes of death, this offers added security for your loved ones.

n Spouse’s or Children’s Term Insurance — You can add decreasing term life insurance coverage for your spouse, or level term life insurance for a child (or children) at a very affordable premium.
