



•The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay is a beautiful property but until two years ago they had nothing for the holidays, in partnership with Kaleidoscope Vue they have added décor to their hotel for the holidays and their pumpkin festival.
•With a 36-foot statement tree in the courtyard, a 26-foot tree on their back lawn and a beautiful holiday house with a Christmas tree farm at the entrance they have turned into a must visit destination for guests and locals.
•Adding holiday activations with Santa and elevating their Holiday Tea has increased length of stay as well as incremental revenue at their restaurant








•Silverado Resort and Spa is another property that until last year had no holiday décor. With Kaleidoscope Vue a three-year plan has been created that will elevate the décor and activations provided each year.
• A 32-foot tree was placed on the main lawn to greet guests as they approached the main hotel. With this tree as the focal point Kaleidoscope Vue started a tree lighting event that brought in guests and locals alike as well as pairing with local vendors for pop-up booths, and the local high school choir tying in the community
•Breakfast with Santa was introduced to the hotel turning their restaurant into a holiday breakfast where families could have their picture taken with Santa, children could decorate antlers, and elves wandered the room interacting with guests. They increased their revenue and sold out all four weekends Breakfast with Santa was offered






• Featured in Travel magazine and listed as one of the top 10 destinations to visit during the winter in Chicago, The Lodge at Fairmont was created to reimagine shoulder season. Traditionally slower months the Fairmont Lodge ran from November to February and brought with it an increase in room nights, social bookings, and incremental spend at the newly installed Lodge Bar and Columbus Tap.









• Kaleidoscope Vue in partnership with Four Seasons Austin created two signature events, Roses and Rosé and The Ice Rodeo.
• The Ice Rodeo was created with both guests and the community in mind. Going on three years the pool and surrounding grounds are turned into an Ice Rodeo with the pool becoming a skating rink and over 950,000 lights being hung, a magnificent star tunnel that opens up to a beautiful 36ft tree in the courtyard.
• Roses and Rosé run from March to May and was created with the thoughts of Spring showcasing everything from a new Roses and Rosé menu, to rosé tasting experiences and the hotel adorned in beautiful florals. This experience has increased incremental spend at Ciclo and Live Oak, as well as increasing overall guest stays due to the variety of experiences and packages associated with Roses and Rosé











• We believe that you can turn dead space and older concepts into beautiful new experiences and that's what Kaleidoscope Vue did at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel.
• Taikun Omakase turned an outdated and rarely used private dining room into an exclusive 12 seat omakase experience. This room used to be white with purple carpet and striped blue walls and was transformed into the amazing experience it is now by reimaging the lighting, building out a custom bar and installing traditional Japanese style lanterns all lending to an intimate experience. Originally meant to be a pop-up for the winter, Taikun has been extended indefinitely due to its high demand.
• Eno steak used to occupy a beautiful room full of dark woods and a floor to ceiling wine room that was rarely used and turned it into Kahani a modern take on Indian cuisine. Kahani was originally meant to be a pop-up for 3 months, but before the restaurant had even opened, we had 275 covers on the books. Kahani is now in the process of going for a Michelin Star and has become the newest restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel.













• 3 years ago, we had the privilege of planning the very first Strategic Conversation in Scottsdale, Arizona. This amazing event was brought to life by the partnership between Strategic Hotels and Resorts and Kaleidoscope Vue. The Conversation brings together 13 hotels from 7 different brands, stepping away from the traditional conference format each year is built around a theme the first year being “Stepping outside your comfort zone”, year two being “are you born a visionary or can you become one” and year three “facing your fears and rising above them.”
• A key component of The Conversation is to put everything you do on steroids, whether its new food and beverage offerings, to creating new unique experiences for your guests, or completely reimaging a space within the hotel. Everything is on steroids and always striving to be bigger and better then before.
• It is called The Conversation because a key goal of Strategic Hotels and Resorts is to promote conversation between ownership, brands and hotels. The traditional model of a conference limits one ability to be creative and look outside of their normal box, the Conversation encourages it from day 1 with keynote speakers, to engaging panels, and interactive team building experiences that take you away from the comfort of your team and teach you to work with other perspectives.















• Kaleidoscope Vue planned a reception for Proud Experiences (a travel tradeshow focusing on the LGBTQ+ industry) at The JW Marriott Essex House in June of 2022. “A Night in Versailles” themed evening and was featured in Bon Voy Magazine for its huge success
• Upon arrival at the hotel, guests saw a welcoming mural spelling ESSEX HOUSE with pride color roses, which was displayed in the lobby for the entire month of June.
• When the 200+ guests entered the majestic ballroom, they were invited to jump into a “living picture frame” including lush florals in the pride colors along with models dressed in 17th century French period costumes. The highlight of the evening was a special show featuring former contestants from RuPaul's Drag Race – Shannel, MizCracker, and Willam.



• Forbes Magazines most anticipated hotels of the Year are the Waldorf Astoria New York and the Regent Santa Monica Beach Hotel and Kaleidoscope Vue will be planning, organizing and executing both of their opening parties.
