From concept to construction to opening night, Kaleidoscope Vue Consulting brought The Regent Santa Monica Beach to life with a vision as breathtaking as the property itself. To mark this iconic milestone, we planned and produced a red-carpet celebration like no other.

Covered by Vanity Fair, this starstudded affair was nothing short of showstopping. As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ mission to reintroduce the Regent brand and its unparalleled luxury to the United States, the event embodied sophistication and grandeur at every turn. Guests were welcomed by a customchampaign goddess designed by Kaleidoscope Vue and created by Kehoe Designs. Models on pedestals and stunning video mapping transformed the building into a glowing masterpiece, showcasing the Regent brand’s signature opulence and innovation.

Kaleidoscope Vue’s signature touch was felt in every detail—from showcasing Orla, the hotel’s pool, to ending the night with a bespoke slipper experience, ensuring guests departed in complete luxury.

We didn’t just celebrate The Regent Santa Monica Beach; We introduced it to the world.

We brought the heat to the opening of Toro Chicago, making it an event as fiery and bold as their new menu. This sizzling celebration featured living art installations, electrifying Latin dancers, and captivating fire performers who embodied the passion and energy behind the restaurant’s culinary vision

The buzz didn’t stop at the event—it ignited conversations both on the streets and across social media, solidifying Toro Chicago as the hottest new dining destination.

Featured in Travel Magazine and named one of Chicago’s top winter destinations, The Lodge at Fairmont transformed the city’s shoulder season. Running from November to February, this winter escape has boosted room nights, social bookings, and revenue at the Lodge Bar. The Lodge has redefined the hotel’s off-season appeal.

Three years ago, Kaleidoscope Vue Consulting partnered with Strategic Hotels and Resorts to debut the Strategic Conversation an event designed to redefine the traditional conference experience. Bringing together 13 hotels from 7 brands, it prioritized meaningful dialogue between ownership, brands, and hotels, which inspired its name, The Conversation. In Bill Ransic hosts this unique gathering creativity and innovation through dynamic keynote speakers, thought-provoking panels, and immersive team-building experiences. In 2024 The Conversation took place at InterContinental Miami.

We created a Strategic Fear Factor challenge taking attendees all throughout Miami to face their fears. Kaleidoscope Vue worked with a company for six months perfecting the attendees challenges. They were inspired to step out of their comfort zones and step into a coffin, embrace diverse perspectives talk to strangers, eat insects and and spark bold ideas

Keynote speaker and Author Michelle Poler shared her inspiring story how she overcame 100 fears in 100 days.

The Conversation became a platform for bold ideas and transformative strategies that continue to shape the future of hospitality.

Kaleidoscope Vue Consulting planned the holiday party for Strategic Hotel and Resorts. A luxurious and unforgettable celebration of the season at the Regent Santa Monica Beach. This was Strategic’s way of debuting Regent Santa Moncia Beach to the companies general manager of their hotels and special invited brand executives.

Cocktails flowed by the pool as guests were greeted by our signature champagne goddesses and the magical California sunset The night truly began when Kanye West’s Sunday Service Choir serenaded attendees with seasonal melodies, caroling their way up The Grand Pearl staircase and guiding everyone into a ballroom of pure elegance.

As the evening unfolded, guests were treated to an array of surprises. A stunningly draped ballroom set the stage for an elegant dinner, complete with a live singer and captivating dance performances. Behind black drapes, an enchanting candlelit room revealed an intimate magic show from LA’s magic castle that left everyone in awe. After dessert, a hidden casino was unveiled, where guests rolled the dice to the sound of high-energy tracks spun by a DJ.

This holiday party wasn’t just an event—it was a multi-sensory journey, designed to surprise, delight, and dazzle every guest at every turn and inspire for the new year.

We designed a staple holiday tradtion in Texas. The Ice Rodeo at The Four Seasons Austin. An experience open to everyone,not just hotel guests, but it does really lasso them in.

We created a stunning lakefront ice skating rink, creating the perfect spot for skating under the stars. Visitors can also cozy up in exclusive private cabins, enjoy a dazzling lights with an Instagram opportunity at every turn. Indulge in oysters, sea food towers, and champagne at the Live Oak popup lounge, The Deck.

Kaleidoscope Vue transforms Four Seasons Austin into a springtime dream with Roses & Rosé. Guests indulge in rose-inspired cocktails, surrounded by lush garden installations and climbing florals guiding them through the photo-worthy property. Weekly rosé tastings, exclusive room packages, and rose-infused spa treatments make this the ultimate seasonal escape in style.

Kaleidoscope Vue started a monumental movement in 2024 at the InterContinental Chicago by proudly unveiling the Pride flag to fly year-round. To commemorate this historical occasion, we organized an unforgettable celebration, bringing together the community with vibrant entertainment, heartfelt speeches, and a shared commitment to inclusivity.

InterContinental Chicago is now a permanent symbol of inclusivity.

Annually we produce a Dive into Pride Pool Party at the hotel's stunning indoor pool, blending an amazing celebration with a powerful prideful cause. Guest purchase tickets to come and enjoy vibrant décor, live entertainment, swimming, dancing, and specialty cocktails -all while raising funds for LGBTQIA+

Vue honored 2024 Dive Into Pride host, drag legend Mimi Marks, with an inspiring exhibit in the InterContinental Chicago's lobby, celebrating her journey and contributions to the LGBTQ+ community.

Vue was honored to create a pop-up activation at the worldrenowned Carlton Cannes Regent Hotel during the prestigious ILTM event. We brought a taste of the luxurious Regent Santa Monica Beach to life, showcasing the brand's signature elegance and coastal charm.

Kaleidoscope Vue planned the reopening of Boleo, bringing fresh energy to the iconic rooftop with vibrant décor and stunning skyline views. The event featured a live DJ, specialty cocktails to match the new menue. Guests had the opportunity to create a moment in time with artist as they worked on a piece that now hangs in the resutrant foyer. Making a memorable evening of dancing under the stars reintroducing the rooftop to the spotlight.

Kaleidoscope Vue transformed the JW Marriott Essex House New York exclusive client holiday gathering. We brought the fresh coat of snow from Central Park inside complete with an indoor iceskating rink. Music warmed up the crowd, setting the festive tone as the space was adorned with cozy, snow-inspired décor, creating a welcoming holiday atmosphere.

Kaleidoscope Vue curated a stunning Pride event for clients at the JW Marriott Essex House, blending historic charm with modern celebration. Inspired by the Hall of Mirrors in Versailles, the transformed ballroom featured RuPaul's Drag Race stars Shannel, Miz Cracker, and Willam, captivating guests with unforgettable performances. This exclusive event highlighted our commitment to creating memorable experiences that celebrate diversity and inclusivity.

Kaleidoscope Vue transformed spaces that needed a boost at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel into iconic dining experiences. Taikun Omakase, an exclusive 12-seat venue, emerged from a private dining room revamped with custom lighting and a custom designed bar. Initially launched as a threemonth pop-up, its overwhelming demand has still kept it thriving 15 months later, consistently selling out two seatings daily.

Kaleidoscope Vue introduced Kahani, a modern Indian restaurant, at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. Originally intended as a 90-day pop-up, its overwhelming success with 970 reservations before opening has cemented this now Michelin Star contender.

Kaleidoscope Vue reimagined the holiday experience at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel with a 40-foot tree on the water and illuminated dolphins lining the drive, indoor decor, creating a stunning coastal holiday celebration.

Kaleidoscope Vue elevated Silverado Resort and Spa's holiday experience, transforming it into an elite winter destination. A towering 40-foot tree welcomed guests, kicking off a signature tree lighting event with wine tastings and curated local vendors. Breakfast with Santa was enhanced with a real train offering family rides and festive interactions. This transformation garnered attention from Forbes, solidifying Silverado as a top luxury holiday destination.

Until Kaleidoscope Vue's partnership, The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay had minimal holiday décor. With our creative touch, a 40-foot tree in the courtyard, a 30-foot tree on the lawn,Sant’s porch, and a gingerbread house display have made it a must-visit destination.

At The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, Kaleidoscope Vue embraced the property’s location in the "Pumpkin Capital of the World" by creating a bespoke pumpkin patch experience. Guests enjoyed a festive atmosphere complete with seasonal décor, and local pumpkin displays.

Forbes Magazine as one of the most anticipated hotels of the year, the iconic Waldorf Astoria New York is making its grand return and Kaleidoscope Vue has the honor of planning and producing this monumental moment come back party.
