For this project, we began by developing the “North Star” design guidelines before any real locations were selected. This requires us to build a conceptual space to test and refine all design elements. Being part of the team that created the “North Star” deck was an especially rewarding and innovative experience. I managed FF&E selections and millwork design, creating detailed presentation decks and drawings. I was also involved in early stage design for upcoming lounges in Boston, Phoenix and JFK.

SANDS CASINO
Long Island, New York, USA
2023-HOLD , ICRAVE
Designer + Coordinator: RFP - SD Phase
The project aimed to transform the Nassau Coliseum site into a luxury casino destnation, blending NYC’s Art Deco elegance with Sands’ global design standards. I led coordination between internal teams and Populous (AOR), focusing on the High Limits space to ensure it met both functional and aesthetic goals. My role included integrating detailed interior layouts within the Revit model and adapting Sands’ established luxury standards to reflect the character of New York City. This project is in Revit.

Project Lead/Manager: Pre-Design - DD Phase
Harmony Cafe is located in the historic district of New Jersey. The project features many custom design elements, ranging from exterior wall tiling design, stained glass logos, and an intricate wallpaper design (shown in the image above). The client is well-known in the cannabis industry, so the wallpaper was inspired by the process of harvesting cannabis. The wallpaper design is intended to be used in their current stores and future projects. This project was designed using Rhino and AutoCAD.

N6 OFFICES

We designed an office for a film production company, incorporating an open floor plan and private offices on the first floor, with film editing suites in the basement. This project allowed for significant creative freedom, drawing inspiration from vintage movie studio aesthetics. The design featured lit-up walls and ceilings, with segmented elements that moved up and down, creating a unique interplay of dynamic and static movement within the studio.

Architectural Designer: SD Phase
Cass Lake is a multi-family residence located near Keego Harbour. This residence features various amenities and beautiful views that can attract locals and visitors alike. Under the direct supervision of one of our firm’s partners, I worked closely on massing studies, typical demising layouts, unit layouts, and exterior elevations. This project was built using Sketch-Up, rendered in Enscape, and was drawn with AutoCAD.

J-PROJECT
Commercial/ Head Quarter: Seoul, Korea
2021-current, Robert A.M. Stern Architects
Architectural Designer: SD-DD Phase (Revit)
This large-scale commercial building includes various programs such as a multi-use auditorium, large entry atrium, public/private hotels, and more.
J-Project was built in Revit, and the in-house renderings and elevations were done with Sketch-Up, Enscape, and AutoCAD. This project included elements that were highly detailed and intricate, requiring collaboration from every department at RAMSA (landscape, interior, model shop, research) to complete.

OASIS DISPENSARY
Jersey City, New Jersey, USA 2021-current, Wolfgang and Hite LLC. Project Lead/Manager: Pre-Design - CD Phase
Oasis Dispensary is a unique space that features two points of entry on opposite ends of the building. The Newark Street side is used to access the main public recreational retail area, while the Columbus street side directs customers to an area for private consultation and medicinal pick-ups. The two spaces are connected through a tunnel-like gallery that displays high-end products in built-in glass cases. This project was built and rendered with Rhino and Lumion, and the documents are drawn with AutoCAD.

Color-changing, back-lit panels are at the back of display niches as well as on some walls and ceiling, setting a calming mood for the store while customers browse products.
PNEUMATIC TUBE (LEFT IMAGES):
Products are packaged and store in the basement. They are then sent upstairs via a pneumatic tube, letting the customers see their orders getting delivered real-time. The pneumatic tube receiving box is hidden behind our custum designed counter where the host can easily access the product.

Due to tightness of the ceiling height in the medical side, we coordinated with MEP consultant to hide all the ducts underneath the built in benches on the mezzanine.

PORTION OF THE BUILDING WITHIN THE 1,000 FT DRUG-FREE ZONE
The concept for J.C. Dispensary was interesting since the building is situated partially in a drug-free zone. After conducting extensive research on cannabis laws, and zoning regulations around the area, we submitted and presented many drawing sets to the planning board, which has now since been approved and is finally under construction. This project is built and rendered with Rhino and V-ray, and the documents were drawn with AutoCAD.
GROUND FLOOR AXON:
Customers can navigate the main retail area by following the floor pattern starting from the entry through to the gift shop. The project needs a large and secure storage area since the client want to package and store flowers on site. We coordinated closey with s a security consultant for this project.
