Webbing the world Since 2007 we represent with the brand GIBBON a new generation of slacklining. Driven by the passion for this wonderful sport, we have been working on spreading its message and lifestyle into the world. The result is a global connected openminded community of Slackline enthusiasts. From Japan to Brasil, from Europe to the USA – GIBBON stands for innovative user- friendly products, dedicated support for the sport and athletes, as well as of course the pure joy and fun of interaction with no limits. This extremely close connection between slackliners is especially visible when together we send out messages to the world about diverse and multi- cultural online activities together within the community. By getting constant feedback we are in contact with the people who use our products. We offer online challenges and battles for the slackliners to come together and celebrate the sport. This way we encourage new talents and support them responsiblyalong the way. With this dedication we have developed the sport to a further level and expanded its market.To maintain interest in the sport for the future, we have invested into the organisation and hosting of the Slackline World Championships and of the Slackline World Cup Series. By the establishment of these international contests and the frequent media work together with our athletes and community, GIBBON Slacklines has attracted the attention of world stars and major entertainment publishers.
Carlos Neto (GIBBON Pro Athlete, Brasil) and Jaan Roose (GIBBON Pro Athlete, Estonia) performed for example together with Madonna on her „MDNA“ – world tour 2012 and were a substantial part of the stage performance. By using their experience, they were able to give substantial expertise and advice for stage setup and choreography due to their world-class skill level on the slackline. As well as their stage performances, Carlos and Jaan trained with Madonna on the slacklines. But success stories like these were only possible as we wanted to define new paths. As the first provider GIBBON has presented a slackline set which consists of only 2 parts and therefore revolutionized the entire sport! Suddenly it was possible for anyone to find a spot and set up a slackline without any pre-knowledge and enjoy the challenge of slackling and getting hooked on the sport or fun activity. The fact that today no other slackline manufacturer can afford to leave out such a slackline set speaks for itself. But we are not standing still. We dedicate ourselves to the permanent progress in optimizing our products, the slackline community and the sport. Therefore we work closely with the community to support slackling as a sport and further the technical needs to do this. Today our product- and service offers can be found nearly everywhere in this world. Whether in parks, schools, in therapeutic centers, in fitness studios, at festivals, sports events, music videos, on stage or on TV featuring international pop stars and even in movies. With GIBBON, slacklining is introduced into everyday life – this is the reason why we continue to pursue our initial goal: Slacklining for everyone!

Already running in its fourth year in a row, the King and Queen of Slackline is an entertaining and exciting, interactive oneline competition. In this game the slackliners from around the world can prove and show their skills by challenging the other pro athletes without having to travel around the globe – only King and Queen of Slackline has this format of interaction and entertainment to offer.

WORLD CUP No other Event has influenced the slackline scene so much as the slackline World Cup Series and the related Slackline World Championships. Originally initiated by GIBBON Slacklines, today the World Slackline Federation controls the use of these regulations world-wide! Furthermore that the same standards and regularities allowing a fair contest and further positive development for the sport is controlled. GIBBON Slacklines is the official Slackline supplier of the WSFeD World Cup and World Championships.

The ratchets now all come with an ergonomically shaped handle for easy and efficient tensioning. More comfortable to the touch, included a customized branded GIBBON handle!

sets Since 2007, GIBBON follows the concept of making slacklining as easy and accessible as possible. For this reason the GIBBON slackline sets only consist of two parts, and are easy to use with a low set-up height. All sets have ratchets with a safety lock in order to prevent accidental opening.
