L ndmark Land Opportunities Required The very nature of the Searls business means that we are always searching for land and development opportunities, even if we haven’t got a direct instruction from a client. Quite often land owners, and sometimes investor landlords, do not realise their asset’s potential unless a company such as Searls Land identifies it.
Celebrating Our 10th Year “2019 really is a ‘land mark’ year, as it was 10 years ago that Searls Land opened its doors for business. Little did we know that, along with the rest of the world, we were about to face the worst financial crisis since the ‘Great Depression of 1929’. Everyone will remember that period of time, as everyday was hand to mouth: if the bank manager asked for a six month forecast, you laughed, and the Plc boards were near to hysterical about share prices and the lack of volume sales, whilst the media were having a field day, as they had more news fodder than they knew what to do with. And, a number of years later – just when you thought it was all getting a bit easier – along came Brexit! But from those challenging times Searls Land was born and, as the founder Partner, I am immensely proud of the way the business has organically grown and matured and is now widely recognised as the ‘go to brand for land’. Anyone who has done business with us over the 10 years will know that our
watch words are: honesty, integrity, reliability and expertise. These principles have been our cornerstone for success.
