During lockdown - the ARTISTS supporting ARTISTS movement started. I pledged to support artists during this time of lockdown by selling paintings inexpensively and buying other artist’s work. This was SOLD MAY 13 - Thank you Debra Seabaugh for marking buying this painting when I posted it on Facebook. The project states that when I sold $800, I pledged to buy a painting from another artist ($200). This painting “Chocolate Strawberry Glass with Blue” is a special still life because the blue fabric is a paint stained t-shirt of my late brother David who passed away in Sept 2019. I wear it when I paint.
