Higher Form of Social Distancing

11” x 14” unframed Oil on canvas April 29, 2020 Remember in early April 2020 when outdoor social distancing allowed us to go hiking? I dedicate this painting to my son Nathan, who lives in California and an avid hiker who was able to maintain some hiking during the quarantine time. This hike was before California shut down the parks and trailheads. Nathan hiked alone and did not go where trailheads are closed or where people cannot be 6 ft or further apart. To encourage responsible excersise hiking was allowed with specific rules.
