Going On A Bear Hunt

11” x 14” unframed Oil On Panel March 29, 2020 DAY 15 ”Going On A Bear Hunt” is inspired by the song I taught my 3 year old granddaughter Audri and the scavenger hunt neighborhood movement that was all the rage for parents and children in their daily physical distancing walk. Such a cool idea.

During the first months of the pandemic children (and adults) around the world were playing a game while taking a walk around their neighborhood. Children tried to see how many stuffed bears they can find perrched in neighbors windows. It’s part of a game meant to entertain children during the prolonged period of lockdowns and social distancing.
