Ben Fabretto.

As the director of the Trevor Group, Ben Fabretto is a second generation Fabretto, that has been building homes, units, townhouse developments and commercial construction since 1968. Ben is driven and passionate about all things construction and brings his wealth of knowledge to the newly formed branch of the Trevor Group, Trevor Commercial.

Ben is an entrepreneur and successful in his own right in many business ventures. His knowledge for construction, combined with his strong leadership skills and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients have been the key attributions of his success. Ben is ambitious and invested in developing the company and being the leading commercial builder in Geelong.

Ben holds strong family values and sense of community, especially for his hometown Geelong.

Ashley Patten.

With over 30 years in construction, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Trevor Commercial team. Commencing in the industry as a carpenter in his teens, Ashley found his passion for building and delivering high quality homes & commercial projects.

Ashley holds both residential and commercial builders registration and has owned and operated his own successful development businesses, with a strong focus on Commercial construction over the last 15 years.

Ashley is a Geelong local and is passionate about our region. Ashley brings to the team exceptional project management skills, reliability and a passion to deliver a project on time and on budget. Ashley has invested in developing strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, valuing this with high regard. Ashley prides himself on delivering projects with a high level of communication and professionalism second to none.

Trevor Commercial is a Geelong based boutique commercial construction company, proudly locally owned and operated.

Trevor Group began in 1968 as a residential building company and have a broad range of construction expertise and completed projects including custom homes & extensions, multiunit developments, land subdivisions, affordable housing, medium-density residential and commercial construction.

The Trevor Commercial team is directed by Ben Fabretto & Ashley Patten, two well known and respected local construction experts, who have come together to bring commercial solutions to our region. We are a team of experienced professionals, who take the time to understand your requirements and provide advice and guidance on your commercial project needs. We pride ourselves on our honest and friendly approach, communicating with you every step along the way.

Trevor Commercial is proficient in all forms of commercial construction specialising in warehouse, aged care, retail, industrial, refurbishment and fit-out.

We have long standing relationships with a number of clients and architects and have a great resource of skilled tradespeople and reputable suppliers.

We acquire our work through competitive tendering, negotiation and referrals. With a wealth of commercial experience, we have an abundance of project examples of various magnitudes and designs around greater Geelong and we are happy to provide addresses of our previous projects and references upon request.
