Ben is an entrepreneur and successful in his own right in many business ventures. Ashley Patten. With over 30 years in construction, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Trevor Commercial team. Commencing in the industry as a carpenter in his teens, Ashley found his passion for building and delivering high quality homes & commercial projects. Ashley holds both residential and commercial builders registration and has owned and operated his own successful development businesses, with a strong focus on Commercial construction over the last 15 years. Ashley is a Geelong local and is passionate about our region. Ashley brings to the team exceptional project management skills, reliability and a passion to deliver a project on time and on budget. Ashley has invested in developing strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, valuing this with high regard. Trevor Group began in 1968 as a residential building company and have a broad range of construction expertise and completed projects including custom homes & extensions, multiunit developments, land subdivisions, affordable housing, medium-density residential and commercial construction. The Trevor Commercial team is directed by Ben Fabretto & Ashley Patten, two well known and respected local construction experts, who have come together to bring commercial solutions to our region.
