JRC is turning fifty! We are grateful to have spent fifty years enriching lives through educating children, engaging seniors, and strengthening community.
To celebrate the anniversary, JRC will be hosting the 50th Anniversary Gala at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Canton. Thanks to the generosity of two donors, $80 of each employee’s ticket has been paid for. If you choose to come celebrate, the ticket price is $20. You will need to fill out a payroll deduction form and turn it into Finance or Harrison for either March 15th, April 12th, or May 10th. RECIPE OF THE MONTH BBQ RANCH CHICKEN
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 25 mins
Total time: 35 mins
Ingredients 3 lb Chicken breast 1/4 cup Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp Ranch dressing 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
1. Place chicken portions on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 2. Combine BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and cayenne pepper in a bowl, mixing well. 3. Brush mixture generously over chicken breasts. 4. Bake until light brown. Conventional oven: 375F for 25 minutes. Convection oven: 350F for 20 minutes 5. Serve topped with garnish of choice. Note: Critical Control Point for chicken is 165F or higher for at least 15 seconds.
