Description: A two - component self-leveling clear epoxy, solvent free. It is specially designed for casting in molds and artistic formations, and colorants of different types can be added to give it unlimited attraction and wide range of formations. Characteristics: • Unique transparency and purity. • High resistance to yellowing. • Bubbles free. • High durability and hardness. • Superior resistance to scratch. • Easy mixing and casting in decorative molds. • Excellent resistance to water and chemicals. • Colorable. • Self-leveling. • Solvent free and low odor.

:‫ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﻄﺒﻴﻖ‬ .‫• ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰ اﻟﻘﻮاﻟﺐ ﻣﻦ اﳌﻮاد اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﻏﲑ اﻟﻘﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻟﻼﻟﺘﺼﺎق‬

• Prepare the required artistic shapes or objects by painting them with a thin coat of the product after mixing suitable quantity and then leave it to dry.

‫• ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰ اﻷﺷﻜﺎل واﻟﻘﻄﻊ اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ اﳌﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ودﻫﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﺧﻔﻴﻔﺔ‬ .‫ﻣﻦ اﳌﻨﺘﺞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺧﻠﻄﻪ ﺑﻜﻤﻴﺎت ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ وﺗﺮﻛﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﺠﻒ‬

• install and distribute the required artistic shapes or objects into the mold.

‫• ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ وﺗﻮزﻳﻊ اﻷﺷﻜﺎل اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ أو اﻟﻘﻄﻊ اﳌﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ داﺧﻞ اﻟﻘﻮاﻟﺐ‬

• Mix base and hardener well. • Add colorants if desired and mix them well to get homogeneous mixture. • Cast The mixture on the mold gradually and distribute it to the entire mold. • Use hot air (dryer) to remove the bubbles if necessary. • Remove the molds after 24 hours of casting process. • Remove the edges and the protrusions of cast by sanding then polish with special tools (after 72 hours@ 25 °C).
