Founded in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1979, Jazeera Paints is a pioneering paint manufacturer in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Middle East and North Africa region (MENA), with an established reputation for manufacturing and exporting high-quality and eco-friendly paints.
The Company has achieved significant progress in increasing productivity, currently reaching 500,000 tons annually of products displayed in over 1,000 showrooms inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Jazeera Paints is the leading company, outside the United States, that manufactures “Green Seal” certified paint products, which meet the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) requirements. In addition, Jazeera Fire Damp paint products are certified by Exova Warringtonfire, a certification that ensures safety and quality compliance. The Company continues to make progress in applying the highest ISO quality standards across all its operational, production, and administrative processes.
This dedication has earned its certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000 for risk management, and OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety management.
Through the Jazeera Paints Academy, Jazeera Paints endeavors to raise the level of quality and progress of the paint industry in the region.
In 2012, the academy became the first institution to offer specialized training in paint manufacturing and applications in the GCC countries and in the entire MENA region. Moreover, in its pursuit to maximize
investments in a certain field of scientific research related to nanotechnology, Jazeera Paints has signed an agreement of cooperation with King Saud University with the aim of revolutionizing the paint industry.
To further support these efforts, Jazeera Paints has a dedicated research and development (R&D) center that specializes in evaluation and testing of paint products in the uniquely harsh weather conditions of the GCC and MENA region.

Within a short span of time, the company laid the foundations of a pioneering venture in the paint manufacturing industry in the GCC countries and MENA at large.

Jazeera Paints has become an industry giant in the GCC and MENA region, banking on more than forty years of professional experience. The company has achieved many milestones that have been beneficial to all of its stakeholders, clients, and the country’s economy as a whole. Its achievements include the following:
1- Jazeera Paints has been recognized by Guinness World Records for having the world’s largest paint store, spanning 1,682.32 square meters. The space is thoughtfully designed to showcase a comprehensive range of paints and innovative construction solutions, offering visitors in Riyadh an inspiring and comfortable experience to explore our products and services.
2- Jazeera Paints has successfully boosted its production capacity from just 4,000 tons to an impressive 500,000 tons annually, thanks to the establishment of a cuttingedge factory equipped with a modern production line. This rapid evolution was achieved through fully automated state-of-the-art factories, in
addition to new technologies that empowered Jazeera Paints to manufacture ecofriendly and water-based paints.
3- In 2012, the first paint academy in the region, appropriately named the Jazeera Paint Academy, was established by Jazeera Paints to offer professional training and education in the paint industry in the GCC and MENA region. The academy has become a leading authority through innovations that bridge the gap between academic research and practical applications.
4. With the launch of its latest product, Jazeera Cantara, Jazeera Paints introduced a new concept in solid paints.

5- As a premier authority in the paint industry, Jazeera Paints has hosted four editions of Saudi Paint and Colors Conferences themed “Interior Architecture Day (paints & colors)”. The conferences reiterate the company’s commitment to enhance paint manufacturing process based on scientific research.
6- As a pioneer in the GCC market, Jazeera Paints introduced anti- corrosion and anti-rust products that prolong the life span of metals. In 2006, the company showcased these products at the Middle East AntiCorrosion Conference held in Manama, Bahrain.
7- Jazeera Paints was able to develop and produce some of the world’s most successful paint products, including the whiteboard paint called “Jazeera Notes,” “Jazeera Magnetic” paint, and odorless interior matte paint “Jazeera Novel Charm”, which is a
stain-resistant and washable paint. Jazeera Paints also developed paint products for exterior use that are able to resist harsh weather conditions, such as the self-priming “Maxim” paint, which resists dust, dirt, and acid rain, and even reflects sunlight to keep houses relatively cool.
8- Jazeera Paints is known for its distinctive paint product called “Mashashco,” which endows a clayish look to modern houses, an ode to the architectural heritage of the region.
9- As Jazeera Paints has revolutionized the paint industry with the launch of a germ-fighting paint product that can be used in emergency and delivery rooms of healthcare facilities. The new paint comprises silver ions and has the Agion Technologies, Inc. laboratories certification.
10- Jazeera Paints is the first Saudi company to manufacture ship paint without TBT, a component that is harmful to marine
environments. This innovative paint is a testament to the company’s commitment to public health and environmental preservation.
11- Jazeera Paints invented and manufactured a wide range of paints with the highest quality, serving multiple purposes. These include “OxyCare”, “Firedamp”, “Afrw”, “Ultimate”, “Royal Grand” and more.
12- Jazeera Paints is trusted on large projects by leading government entities and corporate clients in several sectors such as health, education, commercial, and tourism, with notable clients that include the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center of ARAMCO, Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University, and King Abdulaziz International Airport.

1. Factories in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Jazeera Paints has five large-scale, round-the-clock operating plants in Saudi Arabia with a production capacity of more than 400,000 tonnes of paint products and construction solutions every year. The plants utilize highly sophisticated monitoring systems to ensure that only the highest quality of products is delivered to the market.
Having established a huge customer base with more than 40 years of experience, Jazeera Paints is committed to achieving the best of everything from protecting the property of our clients to renovating them into beautiful architecture—with the help of our interior and exterior decoration products.
2. Jazeera Paints’ Factory in Arab Republic of Egypt
Based on the regional and global expansion strategy of Jazeera Paints Factory, at the beginning of 2021, we successfully opened a huge new factory in the Arab Republic of Egypt with a production capacity of more than 100,000 tonnes annually. The factory is well equipped and powered by the state-of-the-art technologies and machinery to provide innovative, creative, and high-quality products.

Jazeera Paints Institute
Jazeera Paints understands that a professional team makes a huge difference in acquiring a high level of excellence and collectively achieving the company’s goals. It is equally important to give back to the community and contribute towards quality of life for all.
In order to support the GCC paint market, Jazeera Paints established the Jazeera Paints Institute in 2012 to provide professional and experienced workers for the industry. The institute is the first of its kind to be certified by Technical and Vocational Training Corporation across the GCC countries and MENA region.
Jazeera Paints Institute offers a variety of training programs that seek to transfer the knowledge and skills that are crucial for contemporary jobs, both on local and international levels. A curriculum of online courses is also offered.
In addition, the company launched a mobile training center equipped with samples and training tools that tours the Kingdom as part of the central training institute.

Research & Development (R&D)
Since innovation is at the heart of Jazeera Paints, the company puts a lot of emphasis on research and development (R&D). The first R&D center was established by the company in 1993. The center is equipped to handle all the field testing, product experiments and inspection of our products.
The goal of the R&D center is to ensure that the products developed and sent to the market are compatible with the harsh weather conditions of GCC countries and MENA region, where temperatures tend to rise quite high, sometimes above 50°.
Based on the same policies and processes of the most advanced R&D centers in the world, the Jazeera Paints’ R&D center has been allocated a budget of tens of millions of Saudi riyals. With a unique one-step product innovation process, the center strives to create better solutions in the construction field and improve existing products through innovation.
The center employs highly competent engineers and experts who conduct continuous research using the latest technologies and who develop products in accordance with the expectations and requirements of our clients.

Quality Control
At Jazeera Paints, quality control forms an integral part of the manufacturing process where raw material, packing material, intermediate goods, and finished goods undergoes a thorough analysis of various physical and functional parameters. The quality control department of the paint factory was established in 1979. Since then, it has been actively involved in ensuring the best quality products using state-of-the-art equipment.
Today, the department has expanded from a single lab facility to an extensive operational complex, including one main lab, a separate color lab, and five quality control sections to support various activities.
