If Michelle Robinson had a quarter for every time she was asked about the recycling center located on Highway 7 South, she might have an-
other year toward her retirement from the city of Oxford. Robinson, the Recycling Coordinator for the city, has been on the job for a year. During that time period, she has routinely fielded calls or answered questions from res-
idents about the site, and when it would reopen. After a lengthy closure, the site is operational again, and ready to take newspapers, cans, bottles and cardboard. The site has been revamped, repaved and spruced up as a
