Cette année Pascal Ramette est heureux de vous faire redécouvrir la beauté unique de sa nouvelle adresse. Surplombant la plage de l’Anse des Cayes à l’hôtel Manapany redécoré ambiance PaCri, il nous guide dans un délicieux voyage dans le sud de l’Italie. Le menu change plusieurs fois par semaine; grand choix d’antipasti avec des spécialités telles que la buratta importée directement des Pouilles, l’incontournable parmigiana d’aubergines recette Grand Mère, mais aussi un accent sur les spécialités de la mer comme se doit tout chef Napolitain; salade tiède de poulpe grillé, et un grand choix de poissons frais grilles en carpaccio ou en tartare.

This year Pascal Ramette is proud to welcome you in his new unique location right on the Ocean at Hotel Manapany where he will take you to a fantastic voyage to the south of Italy. The Menu at PaCri changes on a daily Base assuring the freshness of the ingredients used for the elaboration of the dishes. The menu has a large choice of antipasti where the buratta from Puglia and the Grandmother’s parmigiana have won their success, you will also find a daily selection of fresh seafood with local fish carpaccios and tartars as well as warm Octopus salad or Mussels alla Marinara.
