Flexible support

Jotun offers increased flexibility to employees going through challenging times. Loyalty is one of our core values, and we build long term relationships with our employees. Life can be tough at times and we have supported many employees through life changing events.

Parental leave and baby care

Extended fully paid parental leave is provided in countries where local regulations offer limited leave. We also provide lactation facilities, flexibility and supports shorter working hours during a child’s first 12 months.

Caregiver leave

We understand how important it is to be able to be there when your family needs you the most. All Jotun employees have available fully paid caregiver days to support sick, ageing, or unwell family members.

Wellbeing support

Jotun offers activities and programs to promote and support both the physical, mental and social health and wellbeing of our employees. In addition, professional and confidential counselling is available in most of our locations.

Inclusive facilities

At times we need the space to recharge, time out or briefly tend to personal matters even though we are at work. This is why Jotun premises have multipurpose rooms suited to provide opportunities for rest, prayer, privacy, etc.
