2、关键部件特征 Main parts 2.1 大车运行机构 Gantry travelling

 可根据用户场地情况选择2轮( 35吨/轮)或4轮(20吨/轮) 2种基本形式。2-wheel type (35t/wheel) or 4-wheel type (20t/wheel) is decided according to the application site.

 全电力驱动,无液压系统 Full electricity driven without hydraulic system. (option)

 可实现0°、90°以及自回转功能 Turing by 0°, 90°, or revolve on center can be carried out.  GPS定位以及大车行走纠偏系统

GPS location and gantry rectification during travelling are available.  整机液压顶升系统 Hydraulic self-jacking system 16


2、关键部件特征 Main parts 2.1 大车运行机构 Gantry travelling

基本结构形式 Basic structure  平衡梁与鞍梁直接通过销轴连接,均布轮压。

Pin connects sill beam and equalizer, wheel load evenly distributed

 车架与平衡梁之间通过回转支承连接,实现 转向。 Slewing bearing connects equalizer and bogie to operate turning.  车架与平衡梁之间布置有电动锁定销机构, 确保在运行过程中车架的稳定 Locking booster is used to keep position of bogie, to maintain it when gantry travelling  集中式润滑系统 Centralized lubricant system

 钢结构2百万工作循环寿命。 Service life of 2 million working cycles.

 侧向Z型拉杆,获得更好的大车运行方向刚度 Lateral Z-shaped forestay for more rigidity on the gantry travelling direction.  按AWSD1.1/D.1.M标准、Liftech推荐规范设计施工 Designed and manufactured conforming to AWSD1.1/D.1.M and Liftech. 采用材料屈服强度345Mpa以上

Material’s yeilding stress is above 345Mpa. 龙门架按FEM进行强度,刚度,屈曲,疲劳校核和优化分析

The intension, rigidity, inflection, and fatigue of gantry frame are checked and optimizing analyzed conforming to FEM.

双卷筒起升机构 Main hoist with double drums 1)钢丝绳通过的滑轮更少,减少反绕及与滑轮的磨损。 Less pulley, less abrasion between the steel rope and the pulley, longer rope life.

双卷筒起升机构 Main hoist with double drums 基本特征 Basic structure 1)底脚安装,平行轴式减速器。

Parallel axis and foot mounted reducer. 2)焊接卷筒一端使用轴承座支撑、另一端使用专用

卷筒联轴器与减速器连接。 Welding drum, one side is supported by bearing and the other side is supported by drum couple.

Sany 智能减摇机构 Sany Anti-sway system 1)减摇效果提升,1个周期内稳定。Anti-sway being enhanced to be stable in one cycle. 2)小车自重减轻6吨。Trolley deadweight being reduced by 6t.

3)增加skew±5°trim±3°list±3°功能。 Functions of skew±5°trim±3°list±3°being added. 4)缠绕简单,钢丝绳寿命更长。 Simple reeving, less pulley, longer rope life.

2、关键部件特征 Main parts 2.3 小车总成 Trolley assembly 悬浮式司机室 Suspended cab 1)前侧配备安全格栅以及遮光板,配备雨刮器以及除雾器等多种设备,空间充足。 Safety grating and shading plate are mounted on the front. Wiper and defroster are mounted on the window. 2)前后左右均设置窗口,配备滤光玻璃,光线充足,具有良好操作视野。 Windows with filter glass are set on the four walls to ensure brightness and visibility.

3) 采用V型座椅,高度上下可调,配备腰部支撑,可170°折叠供司机休息 The V-shaped seat is characterized by: up-and-down movement, lumbar support, and 170° folding, providing the

most comfortable position to the operator. 4)联动台可单独调整,实现上下以及前后自由调整,满足不同司机的操作习惯。

The console can be independently adjusted up-and-down or front-and –back for different operators.

2、关键部件特征 Main parts 2.4 动力系统 Power supply system 1)采用全柴油发电机组 Full diesel generator Engine(Cummins, Volvo)+ Generator (Stanford) 动力房采用一体式密封设计,双侧配备铰链门,同时具备良好的防水和防尘功能; The power house is integrate closed, which is water-proof and dust-proof. Hinge doors are set on the two sides. 完善的保护,具有低油压、低水位、高水温、低油位、过电压、接地等多种故障检测功能,同时可 实现CMS监控,信号异常时自动停机保护;. Comprehensive protections are set, including detections of low oil pressure, low water level, high water

temperature, high voltage, and grounding. The crane will be stopped when there is abnormal signal from the CMS.

维护保养便利,冷却系统、空气以及燃油滤清器便于检修更滑; Convenient maintenance of the cooling system, air filter, and oil filter.

油箱布置在鞍梁内侧,可实现3000L燃油存储,同时配备油箱检查孔,可实现地面加油; The 3000L oil tank is set on inner side of the saddle beam. Maintenance hole is set on the tank, and

personnel can fill oil on the ground. 25


2、关键部件特征 Main parts 2.4 动力系统 Power supply system 2)电缆卷盘或滑触线+辅助柴油机组 Cable reel or trolley conductor + auxiliary diesel engine  降低能耗及作业成本,吊箱作业时采用市电驱动,实现工作动力,只有转场时才启动小柴油 机,有效降低柴油机运转时间,降低油耗以及柴油机的保养成本; Hoisting is powered by electricity and crane travelling is power by diesel engine, which reduces the oil consumption and maintenance cost greatly.  可灵活转场,转场时切除RTG与滑触线的电缆插头,启动柴油机提供大车转场动力,满足自 由转场需要 Diesel engine will be applied when the crane is travelling and the conductor plug is cut from the

RTG.  辅助柴油机组功率下降,由于柴油机只需要满足大车转场的动力需要,故可降低柴油机组功

率,采用小柴油机组供电,降低采购成本和使用成本。 Power of the diesel engine can be decreased, thus reducing the purchasing and running cost, as the it

is only used for the crane travelling.

The electric system for SANY RTG consists of power system, PLC control system, transducer driving system, antisway system, rectification system, CMS

system, and monitoring system.

2、关键部件特征 Main parts 2.5 电控系统 Electric system ◆ 分布式控制系统 Distributed control system 采用西门子S7-300系列的PLC,分别在电气房、司机室、小车柜及大车有梯侧设4个站点,通过PROFIBUS 总线通讯实现整机的分布式控制。 Siemens S7-300 PLC is applied. 4 stations are set at the E-house, cab, trolley cabinet, and ladder side gantry, and the overall RTG is distributed controlled through PROFIBUS communication.

deviation during gantry travelling and working of the operator. The deviation of gantry travelling less than ±100mm。

摄像系统 5,安装在小车架上适当位置,为操作人员提供吊具视频图像。 Monitoring system 5 is mounted on the trolley frame to monitor the spreader.
