Established 25 years ago, Wolverhampton Skip Hire Ltd continues to provide expert waste removal services to customers throughout Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. Brian Saunders and his wife Samantha set up the Cannock-Road based company 25 years ago, starting out with one wagon and a handful

of skips, they have worked hard to grow the business and make it the success it is today. Brian explains: “The company has been built on trust and reliability. We have a lot of repeat customers, some who have been with us from the start and kept with us for all of these years. We work on word of mouth and recommendation so meeting the needs of clients is essential and keeps them coming back time and time again.”

The family-run company is managed by Brian’s brother Neil Saunders, and has a long-term workforce of 12. The enthusiastic team are a big part of the company and are highly valued by Brian and Samantha. “I have a great relationship with the lads. We don’t have a high turnover of staff, and some of them have been with us for more than fifteen years and have grown with the business. I look after them and they look after me, and we all get on well. I can always count on them to get the job done, and they work hard and have a big part in the success of the company.” The business has grown over the years, but has kept things simple, and the aims of providing good service at an affordable price, recycling as much as possible and treating people as individuals have remained the same. “We treat everyone the same, and keep prices competitive by ensuring the rates we charge are fair. We keep things simple and stick to Wolverhampton.” “We’ve been doing this for a long time, and have seen others come and go. To still be here after 25 years shows we must be doing something right.”
