The project has as an objective to build a strong relationship between the Child Develompent Center (CDC) and the inhabitants of the 20th commune, offering different options for cultural and recreative growth. Encouraging the nearby community to use the installations of the building, speaking in an urban morphological way the property could be defined as an arrival and concentration space for several activities which the project looks to give answer.
Firstly, the project use as strategy, to locate the collective uses of the building, in a way they all respond to the four board of the property and in between is going to be all the pedagogic part of the program, making in into the nucleus of it, creating intimacy and security to the users.

Secondly, the pedagogic build (infant garden) propose itself as a modular system, adaptable to different layouts and situations able to respond to new and more creative learning strategies, intercommunicating all the parts of the modular system.

Lastly, the building proposes an urban platform covering all the roof and making it part of the public space as an extension of the street this trying to adapt to the topography in a more usable structure for the community activities and a privilege view of the landscape
