Our in-house Johnsons Training School ensures our drivers are among the best in the industry:
3 Licence progression Category B (Car) to Category D (PCV) and D+E (PCV with trailer).
3 Rigorous selection process, Including license checks, driving assesments and customer service training.
3 Pre-road training for extra support before independent driving.
3 Ongoing development include Annual assessments, two-week mentoring for all new drivers and at least one 7-hour CPC training session per year.
