August 2020 The past 5 months have challenging for most of us, if not all of us. We might have lost loved ones, we might have experienced uncertainty in a number of situations. So much has happened and it might make us question where is God in all of this? It is understandable but going through the Names of God series I hope we are encouraged that our God is:
Lord, Master Adonai
The Most High El-Elyon
Almighty, All sufficient El-
Jehovah-Rapha
Shaddai
The God who sees me El-Roi
Tsidkenu
The Lord, my provider JehovahJireh
The Lord, my eternal righteousness Jehovah-
The Lord, my banner Jehovah
Nissi
The Lord, my eternal peace Jehovah-shalom
The Lord, my eternal healer
The Lord, my shepherd Jehovah-Raah
The Lord is there Jehovah-
Shammah
What do you need God to be? He is what you need Him to me at the time when you need Him. Call upon the name of the Lord. This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

Zoom Communion Service Sunday 6th Sept We will join together for our 2nd Zoom Communion. If you would like to participate in this sacrament please use the recipe below and have your sacraments with you at the start of the service. Recipe 250g plain flour and 160ml cold water Instructions 1.
Combine the flour and water and knead for 10 minutes. Quite hard work but do not cut at this time; it is important.
2.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces and use the amount that is needed (eg 1 piece or 4 pieces)
3.
Roll each piece into a ball and flatten with a rolling pin on a lightly floured board to form 6-inch (15mm) circles.
4.
If wished, score with a small cross or other suitable motif.
5.
Cover with a slightly damp tea towel and leave for 10 minutes.
6.
Pierce the dough disks with a fork at around 1-inch (2cm) intervals and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
7.
Bake in the middle of a preheated 220°C (425°F, Gas Mark 7) oven for 7 minutes or until the discs are lightly coloured, blistered and crisp.
8.
If you want to store it baked and to keep crisp place in an airtight tin or plastic container, in a cool dark place for to 2-3 weeks. Do not refrigerate.

What’s New As an extension to the Women's Department, we have recently launched a new WhatsApp group named 'Blossom'. Blossom has been created so that we can stay in contact with our young ladies (aged 17-21) as well as inspire and encourage them in their relationship with God.
