BIDDING RESPONSIBILITY A.

THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS MAY NOT DEPICT EVERY CONDITION ENCOUNTERED. EVERY CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFYING ALL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID. NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS AFFECTING ALTERNATIVE CONSTRUCTION COST, MATERIALS, METHODS OR OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID OR BINDING, AND ARE, DISALLOWED.

C.

SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL FIELD VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS RELATING TO THEIR SCOPE OF WORK. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY IN THE EVENT A DISCREPANCY IS FOUND.

D.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE RESPECTIVE UTILITY COMPANIES AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION TO VERIFY EXACT LOCATIONS, INFORMATION, AND/OR CHANGES OR ADDITIONS.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING ALL WORK OF EVERY TRADE AND CHARACTER THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.

H.
