OUR ASSESSMENT

The current market for oil and gas exploration and for the development of new and existing Oil & Gas projects is very favorable for OMEGA. We plan to capitalize on new drilling technology to pursue existing and by-passed opportunities in the highly profitable energy industry. Our lean, low overhead and highly experienced team, we believe, is ideally suited to take maximum advantage of opportunities that may be uneconomical to larger or heavily-leveraged Oil & Gas companies.

OMEGA is uniquely positioned geographically. We are advantageously located in Colorado’s dynamic Front Range, and since 2013, this area has experienced increases in property values of 5-7%, annually. In addition, OMEGA’s management team has a combined 135+ years of experience in Real Estate in areas, such as; agriculture, commercial, multifamily and residential properties and the ownership, management and development of these types of properties.

OUR STRATEGY OMEGA will be an active participant in the oil and gas industry by acquiring existing Oil & Gas assets and developing new exploration opportunities. Two primary approaches are being followed to accomplish this goal. The first is to acquire “orphan wells,” bring them up to operational capability and in some cases enhance their production capability through employing enhanced recovery methods. The second is to own Oil & Gas production either by buying existing production with potential for upside through more drilling or by employing enhanced recovery methods. The third approach is to purchase Oil & Gas leases with good seismic data located within close proximity to or covering existing fields with good drilling and development potential. These are opportunities that are unattractive to the larger Oil & Gas organizations, but ideal for our operational approach. In our initial phase, we acquired and will continue on obtaining “orphan wells” and existing gas production in Oklahoma, Colorado, Western Kansas and Wyoming that can be enhanced over time and with the added potential of additional future drilling. These wells would target shallower formations resulting in lower operating costs, higher profitability and lower risk. In the second phase we will seek opportunities to acquire existing production with potential for in-field development or new exploratory drilling in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas. As OMEGA grows, our plans include entry into the gas marketing business with a focus on marketing direct to the end user and expanding our areas of interest for purchasing oil production, Oil & Gas leases and localized field gas gathering systems. We are confident that with the experience of our corporate personnel and our contract personnel, OMEGA will thrive.

Agricultural properties in the Front Range region have also shared in this same dynamic valuation escalation. Raw farm ground has typically increased from $6,000 per acre to as high as $8,000 per acre over the same period of time. Farmland in the path of current development has increased even more dramatically, especially with control or raw water. Residential home prices have seen valuations escalate from $200,000 to as much as $400,000 for the same kinds of starter homes in some Front Range markets over the same period of time. While economic slowdowns have adversely affected Real Estate nationally at times, the effects have generally been less severe over Colorado’s Front Range over the past decade.

OUR STRATEGY OMEGA will concentrate its efforts on these Front Range Real Estate opportunities. We may expand this focus into Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas, due to the contiguity of these areas to our headquarters in Colorado, which should be economically advantageous in reducing travel related costs. These travel related savings should contribute to profitability for our investors. In general, agricultural lands will be rented to growers/grazers. We anticipate returns of 3-6% depending on the various local farm economies. Agricultural properties are anticipated to appreciate at a rate of 3-4%, annually. According to the USDA in 2022, the US average increase was 7%. The combination of these factors (rents and appreciation) are expected to produce between 6-10% internal ROI on farmland investments. Our principals’ extensive experience in commercial, multi-family and residential property purchases, sales, leasing and development lead us to believe that average internal ROI of 10-12%, annually are within the anticipated ROI during good economic times for these Real Estate industries. The next offering will be for Real Estate investments.

STATUS REPORT Q4 2023 - OMEGA has entered into a contract with Brown Oil & Gas, LLC to purchase the assets of the company, including its 100% interest in 2 Colorado wells, 2 Nebraska wells, and its varying working interests in 18 other Colorado wells for the discounted purchase price of $1,480,000, to be paid as follows; $1.1M in capital, two notes for $70,000, the issuance of $192,000 worth of Common Stock at a value of $0.50/share, and $48,000 in Preferred Stock.
