Situation after the German elections

March 16, 2025

After the federal election in Germany, in which the CDU (Christian Democrats) received the most votes, people thought things couldn't get that bad, because the party's goals had been clearly defined before the election: deportation of criminal migrants, closing the borders, no weakening of the debt brake, and so on.

Very importantly, under no circumstances should we cooperate with the AfD, the second strongest party, even though it has the most similar political demands.

Shortly after the election, the potential Chancellor Merz immediately backed away from all his promises, since the only party he could form a coalition with was the Social Democrats...and they have demands. And the Greens also have demands, even though they were voted out of office (like the Social Democrats).

Mr. Merz has broken all of his demands and has responded to the opponents' demands, unilaterally scrapped the debt brake, and wants to take on debt (now called "special funds"): €500,000,000 for infrastructure spending, at least €400,000,000 for the army, and at least €100,000,000 for climate (to bribe the Greens).

With tax revenues last year of €1,000,000,000,000!

Unfortunately, not all citizens understand that billions in annual interest will have to be paid and that everything will become more expensive to pay these demands (VAT is to be increased from 19% to at least 22%, private bank accounts are to be charged interest so that the state can pay off its announced debts).

Some also seem to fail to understand that this will drive many citizens into ruin.

The fact that many taxpayers are considering emigrating (since 2015, up to €300,000 of well-educated people have left the country each year) also seems incomprehensible.

Apparently, people don't understand where the money for social benefits comes from: from taxes that every working person has to pay. And the number of taxpayers is falling every year.

The Constitutional Court has already approved the €1,000,000,000,000 debt (one thousand billion)!

And although the Greens were voted out of office, Mr. Merz (the not-yet-elected Chancellor) wants to change the constitution to buy votes again: the goal Climate neutrality by 2045 should be enshrined in the constitution.

Don't people know that carbon dioxide is released when baking bread, building cars, in every industry, and even in crafts?

That this law will turn Germany into an agricultural state?

That Germany will cease to exist because we have nothing to counter the many people coming to this country who are incompatible with the fundamental Christian values of this country and who would rather occupy it than adapt.

On Tuesday, the members of parliament are supposed to vote on whether to amend the constitution.

Things will be funny if Merz isn't elected chancellor. Then the Social Democrats and the Greens will have everything they always wanted handed

to them on a silver platter. And Mr. Merz will unfortunately not have achieved his life's goal, to which he subordinates everything (even the well-being of this country), of becoming chancellor.

I'm curious to see how the vote turns out on Tuesday, but I see a bleak future for this country.

I used to be proud of this country and proud to be German. Today I am ashamed of this country, which has been made into what it is now by the wrong policies and politicians: a laughing stock around the world, a country that doesn't see the wall it is driving against.

And the worst thing is that my words are considered right-wing extremist and I have to fear that the police will knock on my door in the morning.
