Coventry is the current UK city of culture. So our main headlines re‐volve around mental health in art and culture. Drag Queens from the Coventry LGBTQ+ community talk to us about challenges they have faced.
Coventry University fine art students held an exhibition with pieces exploring mental health struggles. We also speak to a Birmingham artist who uses art to express and cope with her mental health struggles.
Finally we look at what colour makes you happy.
Up first Samuel Tan spoke to Coventry University's former basketball team captain about how the sport helped him to grow mentally and how the mental side is often overlooked.
