Graphite mould is uniquely prepared for different kind of joints according to the dimensions of the conductors to be joined. With each mould you can make upto 40 to 50 joints of particular kind. The process does not require external heating provision but it simply involves a chemical reaction triggered up due to the combustion inside the mould containing the conductors and weld powder. Combustion of weld powder inside the mould form a molten state, which when cooled will result in the formation of 100% stronger molecular bond.
