Keywords: International; Sustainable architecture; open industrialization; compatible components; prefabrication; BIM methodology. 1. Introduction – Uninteresting in the buildings that have been carried out in recent years due to housing demand and speculation, leads to the necessity of a change in the current scenario. The main concern of this research is to build with sustainability criteria, flexibility and industrialization leads to change in the sector. The open industrialization by compatible components is the basis for achieving these goals. The use of new technology available nowadays, such as BIM tools, are essential to carry out this way of proceeding in construction by components. 2. Methods – To achieve this goal a methodology is required: 1. Define the general concepts and contributions of construction by component to sustainable architecture and evaluate their commitment. 2. Analyze and evaluate the current implementation in BIM programs both in generic components of the program and manufacturers own components. 3. Determine the criteria and conditions that a component needs to implement in the program, in the investigation will be the ventilated facade, generic or actual. 4. Suggest a new procedure for action in the implementation of any component in the BIM programs and for a specific component, ventilated facade. 3. EXPECTED Results and Discussion – The result of this research is to propose the best way to proceed to design and build in this case ventilated facades. I proposed a form that will be the procedure for action to the agents involved in the entire construction process (industrial or manufacturer, the architect and programmer). But this mode of action not only be useful for ventilated facades, too, could be applied to all components. 3. EXPECTED Conclusions - Expected to reach conclusions on 4 points: 1. The architecture of compatible components and the advantages in terms of sustainability, 2. The Bim tool and the need today, 3. The components form as the way to obtain the objective 4. The agents of the building process and responsibilities. Is expected to conclude that the implementation of the Bim methodology to the open industrialization, is almost a reality, necessary for economic, social and environmental sustainability in construction, and requires at the moment of a procedure here raised and work toward the same goal, and that this collaboration between actors presents the greatest challenge since the technical possibilities available to us and the road is underway.
