3R + MILL IRON BULL SALE

SATURDAY, MARCH 22, 2025 - 6 P.M. - WINNER, SD

WINNER LIVESTOCK AUCTION

WELCOME

WELCOME to the second annual 3R Cattle Company and Milliron Angus bull sale. This year we have been working hard to offer a set of bulls that can change any program they enter. We are more than excited to host our second annual bull sale and have the opportunity to put a set of cattle out there that can leave a mark on the cattle industry. From this bull sale we hope to gain great customers and friends that will last a lifetime.

We are just young kids trying to get our feet under us and with this opportunity I think it gives us a chance to get our name out there and to hopefully build up from there. Here at 3R Cattle Co. and Milliron Angus we have been trying to build our cow herd to focus on selling the top bulls and heifers for our customers. Our goal is to keep bringing you the best set of cattle year after year. We understand in the first couple years of production there may be some challenges in the way, but we are trying to do everything we can to market these cattle to the best of our abilities.

Onto the bulls, we will have 34 Angus, 7 Simmentals, 7 Commercials, and 1 Hereford for your appraisal. We will also be offering several genetic lots from the heart of our program. This is our largest offering to date, and we think this set of bulls has something to offer for anyone. One thing we put a lot of focus on is structural ability and foot quality. These bulls all showcase that well. We have a wide variety of types and kinds of bulls. This set of bulls will add the pounds to your calf crop while still adding eye appeal back into them. One of our main goals is to make sure the bulls work for you and your herd, and we think these bulls can work in a wide range of settings, which is one of the most important pieces to selecting a bull. Whether you are looking for a high percentage Simmental or an Angus bull, we have what you are looking for.

As we look into the future we plan to focus on our Angus and Simmental herds to offer you the best of both worlds. As of now though we can’t wait for you to join us at our first ever bull sale. We are excited and ready for you to come take a look at what we have to offer so you can find your next herd changer.

Sincerely,

ANGUS THE

If you like cattle with a little extra you came to the right place. We kick off this years offering with an absolute STUD! As the days have gone on this bull has continued to just get better and better. RM American Made C412 is a direct son of our pick from the 2023 Bush Angus sale, Bushs American Muscle. We selected American Muscle for his added muscle, bone, foot, and big square hip. We think C412 reminds us most of his sire. He’s square hipped, big topped, level spined, and can get out and move. This bull stems from a great cow family that milks well and are productive for a very long time. Another added bonus is he’s been one of most docile bulls I’ve worked with. There’s no better way to start this years offering than C412, he’s exactly what we stand for here at 3R Cattle Company and can’t wait for him to be someone’s next herd changer.

ANGUS BULLS

If you like them as long as a freight train, bigger framed, and with a good running gear RM All American C405 is your dude. Another American Muscle son with a good set of feet and legs and out of the matriarch here at 3R Cattle. His dam JC Annie 6E has proved herself time and time again. We’ve kept countless daughters and granddaughters out of this cow and they all flat out produce year in and year out. With C405’s natural length, width, and dimension you’ll be guaranteed to command a high premium for your feeder cattle but you’ll also want to keep every heifer with this bulls maternal power.

ANGUS BULLS

RM Big Muscles C436 is an absolute powerhouse of a bull. This bull is thick ended, deep bodied, and got a big top in him. Again, out of a great cow that got this bull deal kick started for us, GB Lyn U20C. In the first year of owning this cow her bull calf commanded $15,000 and has produced some of the best females that we have retained in our herd. By now you can see why we believe in American Muscles as this son is as thick and powerful as you can make one but yet still maintains the right amount of bone and structural correctness. C436 is no slouch and can be yours on March 22.

RM AMERICAN MUSCLE C422 4

The next American Muscle son, RM American Muscle C422, has got the added eye appeal and paints a really pretty picture from the side. This bull is level and correct in all of his angles. I love this bull for how good his hind leg is. C422 is out of a heifer I showed a couple years ago that was known for frame and added thickness. Lot 4 is in the top 4% for Fat. Top 10% for Doc, YH, and PAP. He’s also in the top 30% in 5 other categories. C422 has gotten better every day and I can’t wait to see what he’ll look like come sale time.

BD.

ANGUS

If you’re looking for an absolute stud, Lot 5 better be on your short list. This bull has always been the -est bull. The biggest, boldest, and stoutest. RM Legend in the Making C401 has been by far the easiest fleshing bull of the group. This is the first bull of many out of the great GB Blackcap 2712. This cow has really been a huge asset to the advancement of our herd whether that be selling bulls or retaining heifers. 2712 has been a great producer for the Graesser Bros and now is making her name known in the 3R Cattle Company herd. C401 is exactly what I like in a bull, big framed, long spined,

Lot 6 is a full brother to lot 5 and they are very comparable. RM Right Direction C404 is easy fleshing, long bodied, big boned, and big hipped. C404 is very impressive from the side profile and is certainly structurally acceptable. Longevity and maternal excellence are in the blood. Get in here and get your herd headed in the Right Direction.

ANGUS BULLS

This son of Myers Fair N Square is as balanced as you can make one. RM Fair N Square C402 is square hipped, big topped, with an impressive hind leg. C402 is soft middled and sits good in his chest floor. Another bull out of the impressive GB Lyn U20C and out of Fair N Square, this bull will be guaranteed to have maternal excellence and make some impressive feeder cattle. Don’t let is short ears fool you, this bull is as impressive as any.

Another Fair N Square son that’s good in his outline and has enough power. RM Fair N Square C427 has a balance EPD profile ranking in the top 10% in Milk and $W. He also ranks in the top 25% in WW and YW. This bull would certainly work for a heifer bull. C427 will add lots of growth and performance while still maintaining plenty of eye appeal.

ANGUS BULLS

If you’re in the market for a heifer bull lot 9 is a good choice. With a CED of +10, BW of -.3, and an actual birthweight of 80 C429 fits the heifer bull description. RM Resilient C429 is another well put together son of GB Blackcap 2712 and out of the great Sitz Resilient bull. This bull is good phenotypical as well as on paper.

10

RM RESILIENT C432

This is a full brother to lot 9 and may actually be a little bit thicker and a little better hipped. RM Resilient C432 is bold in his rib cage and big topped. This bull has a great hind leg and will definitely hold up in big country.

BD.

ANGUS BULLS

Lot 11 has been one of my favorites from a balance standpoint. This bull just puts it all together. RM No Limit C430 is square hipped, good ribbed, and is really good in his total outline. Not to mention this is probably the best haired bull in the whole sale. At this point it’s getting to be a little bit repetitive, but another son of the great 2712 and sired by Conley No Limit. I think this just goes to show truly how good this 2712 cow is. She’s consistent at making

ANGUS BULLS

RM Thedford C423 better be on your short list on sale day. This bull is as thick as you can make them while still blending nicely and putting off a good look from the side. Lot 12 is out of a first calf heifer that is starting to become one of my favorite cows. His dam, LeGrand Emma E 212, is perfect uddered, awesome in her front 1/3, and as smooth as you can make one. C423 is not only impressive phenotypically but also on paper. He ranks in the top 2% for MH and top 10% for WW, YW, RADG, SC, Angle, and $F. If you’re looking for a bull to make a change in your program lot 12 is your bull.

BLACKLIST C409

Eye appeal are the best words to describe lot 13. RM Blacklist C409 is sired by the great PVF Blacklist and out of a SAV Resource cow. What I think is most intriguing about this bull is the angle of his knee and hock. This bull is the definition of structurally acceptable but yet still has plenty of length and thickness. C409 has a nice square hip and paints a really good picture from the side. Get in on the lone Blacklist son of the sale, Lot 13.

ANGUS BULLS

The final 2712 son of the sale is lot 14. This was her live calf and boy is he a good one. Lot 14 is long spined, deep bodied, and good in all of his lines. Lot 14 is out of Raven Angus’s top selling bull Raven Republic I564. M647 has impressed me the more days he’s been on feed but he’s one that will stand the test of time and hold up in any setting. If you like fleshing ease, growth, and performance lot 14 is the perfect bull.

Unique best describes lot 15. RM Prince C419 has got a big top, with a bold center rib cage, and plenty of pin width. This bull has got a great EPD spread and puts it all together phenotypically. C419 ranks in the top 5% in $F and ranks below 25% in RADG, DMI, YH, MW, MH, CW, and $B. Lot 15 is a certainly acceptable bull that will get the job done.

ANGUS BULLS

Lot 16 is a bull that’s good in his silhouette but yet maintains plenty of muscle shape and dimension. This bull is really good in his center body and sits really nice in his tailhead. This bull is level from hooks to pins and has a good square hip. Lot 16 is fresh in his condition and has lots of usefulness. This bull is sired by Conley Ransom who was the 2022-2023 ROV show bull of the year. Lot 16 is certain to influence any set of calves by not only stoutening them up but also giving them “the look”.

Lot 17 has got the bone, width, and dimension. 4269 is sired by Conley Clear Cut which is known for his added thickness. This bull is good in his center body and put together in more of a moderate package. Lot 17 will probably be the sleeper of the sale so don’t let him slip by.

BD.

ANGUS BULLS

High tying, level topped, and deep bodied are the best words to describe lot 18. This bull looks absolutely killer when he gets his head up and gives off that cocky look. This HA Relevant son is sure to add plenty of look with added length to your next calf crop.

Smooth made are the first words that come to mind when I think of lot 19. Lot 19 is a well balanced bull when you study him from the side. When you study on top of him he’s big topped. This bull is good in the angle of his knee and hock. To top it all off he’s a direct son of Conley Lead the Way that is super soft middled with a good running gear on him.

Lot 22 has the added length, depth, and smoothness. When you study this one’s front 1/3 you sure have to appreciate the smoothness to his shoulder, tucked in chest floor, and extended front end. Lot 22 also has a good set of runners under that will be able to make him last a long time.

SIMMENTAL THE

SIMMENTAL BULLS

To kick off the Simmental offering lot 35 is one of the flashiest bulls in the sale. RM Evolution 421M is a ¾ Simmental that is one of the best bulls at the ground. He’s got a good foot under him, good set to his hock, and has plenty of flex and ease on the move. Lot 35 is sired by RP/BCR Eminence H005 which sired some of our top bulls in last years sale. This bull is big and soft middled which isn’t the most common thing in the Simmental breed. 421M has a big top and lots of pin width from behind. We showed this bull this summer and he took home 4th overall at the Western Junior Livestock Show. If you’re in need of a calving ease bull lot 35 would fit the bull. By now you know we like our bulls packed with muscle but yet an appealing side profile, we think 421M is just that.

SIMMENTAL BULLS

Another really nice ¾ blood Simmental that would fit in variety of programs. The bull balances well from the side and has plenty of rib shape and capacity. RM Dominance 425M sits really nice in his tailhead and his really good in his forerib. This is another Eminence sired calf with plenty of growth and performance. 425M will definitely assert his Dominance in your herd.

Purebred time! Lot 37 is just flat out good stock. He’s big hipped, soft middled, with plenty of length and dimension. This is the last Eminence sired calf in the sale that is so good on his feet and legs. This bull can get out and MOVE with plenty of flex and ease. We hope you consider this bull come sale day.

SIMMENTAL BULLS

Square built is exactly what lot 38 is. Square hipped, level topped, with TONS of pin width. RM Hot Data 436M is out of one of my favorite cows we own which is a purebred Simmental we call Tubby. Tubby is one of the best put together cows we own that has the most perfect udder. If you like bulls that have a little but more bone in a more moderate package, 436M is your bull.

You want one royally bred, lot 39 is just that. Sired by EC Rebel which is one of the best performance Simmentals on the market and out of the great Conley Sheza Star D3 cow. We are fairly new to the Simmental breed but D3 is one of my favorite Simmental cows out there. Last year she was the dam of our high seller Bold Venture 330L who we’re offering semen on in the sale and is an impressive creature in his own right. RM Conley Rebel M486 is an impressive creature himself that’s as thick as any bull in the sale. He’s big hipped, long spined, and big boned. This bull has come on like a house of fire and is a certainly impressive purebred Simmental. You’ll find this one come sale day.

SIMMENTAL BULLS

Lot 40 is a really attractive bull from the side. He’s big footed and big boned as well as has an awesome hind leg on him. Lot 40 is sired by GCC Keep the Change H136 and out of a cow that goes back to Broker. Power is in the pedigree here. If bold body, big hipped, and flashy is your speed Lot 40 is the bull for you.

Lot 41 is an age advantage Simmental bull with lots of look, and not just because of his cool blaze face. This bull has got a really cool front 1/3 on him and certainly doesn’t lack power. He’s bigger boned with a good running gear on him. Lot 41 can be yours March 22!

The lone Hereford in the sale is lot 42. We aren’t known for Herefords but this bull is a dang good one. He’s out of a cow Rider showed 2 years ago that did really well in the show ring. Not only was the cow a good show heifer but now a good cow. She’s good uddered and awesome structured. This was her first calf and boy did he not disappoint. Lot 42 is massive boned, thick ended, big topped, that’s perfect structured. This bull is even better in person so if you’re in the market for a Hereford check lot 42 out.

COMMERCIAL BULLS

To start the commercial division lot 43 is one dang impressive animal. This bull is extra thick and robust. He’s tremendous hipped with big feet and legs. Not to mention is big scrotaled as well. Lot 43 is out of Bushs American Muscle which corelates to the amount of sheer power this bull has. Just because lot 43 has no papers it doesn’t take away from the amount of quality that this bull possesses.

Lot 44 is another American Muscle calf that’s big topped, thick ended, and wide constructed. This bull has plenty depth to his rib as well as plenty of muscle shape and dimension. Lot 44 will work in a variety of operations and would make a tremendous set of feeder cattle.

I feel a little bit repetitive at this point but lot 45 is exactly like the rest of the American Muscle calves. Lot 45 is long spined, level topped, and structurally acceptable. This bull is bold in his center body, square hipped, and balances well from the side. Now would be the perfect time to get in on these impressive American Muscle calves.

The final Bushs American Muscle sired bull is lot 46. This bull you have to appreciate for his side profile and how he balances up well. You get behind him, this bull has plenty of power. If you study on top of him, he’s get plenty of width. Lot 46 is going to make an outstanding set of feeder cattle that will top any market.

The final commercial bull is a Myers Fair N Square sired bull that’s got the extras. Lot 47 has the extra rib shape, bone, and width. This bull has plenty of growth and performance. This bull is out of a first calf heifer and has certainly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for an easy fleshing bull with some added eye appeal lot 47 is the bull for you.

ANGUS BULLS

An easy fleshing Stunner son, and is a sale Highlight! He had a full brother in last year’s sale and was a favorite, his mother has a phenomenal udder, and breeds back every year and has produced outstanding calves each year. He has the making to make really outstanding influenced Stunner females and while adding flesh and bone to your calf crop.

ANGUS BULLS

A stout Sitz Stellar son out a great Resource cow, who has been an eye catcher all summer, an is complete with great feet and confirmation, He travels well and is deep with length and hip to make big soggy calves. He will be a sale favorite you won’t want to miss out on this bull.

ANGUS BULLS

These 3 lots are all Prairie Pride Next Step flush brothers out of a great Stunner daughter, these three bulls have plenty of length and depth to make great calves while still producing great females that will make the replacement pen.

ANGUS BULLS

Prairie Pride Next Step flush brothers out of a great Stunner daughter, these three bulls have plenty of length and depth to make great calves while still producing great females that will make the replacement pen.

ANGUS BULLS

A Stellar son out of a Powerball 53 cow, he is my sale favorite, he may not have the greatest numbers on papers. But a tremendously big hipped bull with lots of bone and depth and an eye appeal. He has the heaviest weaning weight and with tons of growth. He has great feet and will be able to cover some country and bred and throw some growthy calves and make excellent females.

Recommend for cows, a long deep sided bull he may not have the greatest numbers but don’t over look this bull.

ANGUS BULLS

Recommend for cows, another Stellar son out of a Raindance daughter, one of the younger bulls in the catalog but a good lengthy rancher’s bull.

Recommend for cows, the only Attractive son in the offering, a stout bull with excellent feet and confirmation. And is one of the most complete bulls in the offering, I just wish I had more just like him in the sale. He is also a half brother to lots 50-52.

ANGUS BULLS

Recommend for cows, a deep stout Fair and Square son out of a Big Medicine cow, if your looking for a bigger birth weight and wanting to add pounds don’t over look this bull. He’s always at the gate every morning waiting for his feed and back scratches.

A U2 Coaliton son out of first calf heifer, he’s a half brother to lot 53, with plenty of depth and leg to add while still having the Coaliton appeal. He has long deep bodied easy keeping bull and is super gentle.

COMMERCIAL BULLS

Recommended for cows. another Coalition son out of a commercial Resilient first calf heifer, with a big front end and eye appeal. I always like to have just a few commercial bulls in the sale, but just because they don’t have papers they are just as good as some of my registered bulls if not better.

Recommend for larger framer heifers and cows, a Stellar grandson out of a commercial cow, he’s the youngest bull in my offering with a smaller frame and that Stellar appeal to him. I have full and half blood sisters that are calving now and are phenomenal mothers that raise really great calves.

RAVEN BLACK BRIGITTE L24 FLUSH

A genetic opportunity strikes here as lot A. We are offering the right to flush Raven Black Brigitte L24. We bought the pick of the heifer on the 2024 Raven Angus production sale and L24 was our pick. This heifer combines what we like in a female. She is wide constructed, feminine fronted, and moves like a cat on a tin roof. One thing we appreciate about this heifer is how that front knee lays into her and the adequate set to her hock. You can’t make one any better structured than this. Not to mention she has an Ellingson Badlands heifer calf at side that looks like she’s going to have as much presence as L24 does. The maternal excellence in this female is unreal and you can have an opportunity to incorporate her in your own program on March 22.

Buyer pays all flushing expenses with a minimum guarantee of 6 transferrable embryos.

S/N BLACKBIRD 3005 FLUSH

Another opportunity to flush an upcoming donor cow here at 3R Cattle Company. S/N Blackbird 3005, also known as Toad is an absolute unit. I had the opportunity to campaign this heifer throughout this last year and boy was it a fun ride. Toad claimed Grand Champion heifer at the Mid Dakota Fair, 5th Overall heifer at the Best of the West, Reserve English heifer in the FFA show at the SD State Fair, and countless other class wins. Toad has also helped me reach top 5 showmanship wins and has been such a pleasure to show. We didn’t just buy Toad for a show heifer, but because of the true cow power she has to offer. Toad is a big framed, wide pinned, and soft middled heifer. Yet, she still maintains some femininity up front and has plenty of foot and bone underneath her. Not to mention Toad is sired by the great KR Casino and out of a dam that goes back to Dameron First Class. Toad is the ultimate package and her embryos would be a huge benefit to anyone’s program. Buyer pays all flushing expenses with a minimum guarantee of 6 transferrable embryos.

CONLEY BOLD VENTURE 330L SEMEN

Anyone remember out Lot 1 bull from last year? Now is your time to get in on him and own some semen. Conley Bold Venture 330L is one of the most complete Simmental bulls I’ve seen. 330L is wide at the base of the ground, he’s big hipped, huge topped, with big feet and legs on him. This bull’s foot shape and presence is second to none. His first calves are hitting the ground and they are coming moderate at birth but already have a great look to them. His first calves have great set to their hind legs and are wide constructed. Now is the time to give this royally bred and absolute stud a shot and use him in your program.

The final genetic lot is the opportunity to own some semen on Conley Republic 3119. We selected Republic from Conley Cattle in their 2024 bull sale. Republic is a long spined, huge bodied, and a wide pinned bull. One thing we really appreciate about Republic is his structural integrity. At the ground, Republic’s foot shape is impeccable. From there he has great set to his hock, good set to his pasterns, lays right in his knee, and can get out and move with plenty of flex and ease. Conley Republic 3119 is sired by the $165,000 bull J Trademark 1037. His dam, Conley Sandy 8355, recently sold in Conley’s fall production sale and commanded $50,000. Power is in the blood and semen is limited so now is the perfect time to get in on Conley Republic 3119.

Thank you for your interest!
