Our Business Services team is comprised of 20 industry experts (and growing) and accounts for 26% of the overall billed revenue for our US operations. The forecasted revenue for this team is $1.05M in 2024.

This team is focused on improving our client’s business utilizing their vast international regulatory expertise.

As a trusted partner, you will invest time in understanding our client’s industries, their specific company challenges, as well as their personal career goals. You will use your training to be observant and listen to learn. You will identify potential risk and opportunities that will directly affect the client and their business outcomes. As a member of this team, you won’t just provide textbook solutions – you will hone the ability to translate the environmental factors into easy-to-understand business terms and provide practical recommendations that are in the client’s best interest.

Our Business Planning Process

We don’t believe in a top-down management style driven by management. At EHS Support each service line develops its own annual plan and defines its investment priorities, marketing and hiring plans, and individual goal setting. Our collaborative management style is focused on the people who do the work and have the most knowledge in making the decisions that drive our business.

This approach has allowed our organization to make long-term investments in technology, knowledge, and client relationships that serve as the cornerstone of our success. Our annual planning process begins in October with the plan finalized at the end of November – so we’re ready to hit the ground running at the start of each calendar year. To support your retirement savings efforts, EHS Support provides a Safe Harbor contribution to eligible plan participants, matching 100% of the first 3% of employee salary deferrals and 50% of the next 2% of employee salary deferrals. You are 100% vested immediately. Because of this, we encourage all staff to consider investing once they become eligible.

New sales – sales to clients that EHS Support has not historically had a business relationship.

Expanded sales – developing a relationship with an existing client, which expands EHS Supports offerings (such as diversification of Sectors) to the client, and significantly increase sales, i.e., order of magnitude increases.

Core client sales - Core EHS Support clients are those where strong relationships exist and, in many cases, we are sole sourced for key areas of technical expertise.

All sales are assumed through the primary efforts of the individual; management team involvement and level of effort are minimal, and the client clearly recognizes the individual as the key contact.

Final approval and determination of sales that meet any of the definitions provided above are at the full and final discretion of the board.
