ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP & AWARDS
Distinguished Guests,

On behalf of the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Foundation, in partnership with the Dr. Yasmin Davidds Leadership Institute, USC Marshall School of Business, and the USC Latino Alumni Association, it is our great honor to welcome you to the 11th Annual Scholarship and Awards Gala. This evening, we gather to celebrate the achieve- ments and journeys of the 2024 graduates of the Multicultural Women Executive Leader- ship and Entrepreneur Programs.
These remarkable women have dedicated themselves to cultivating their leadership identi- ties, navigating and rising above the challenges faced by multicultural women in executive and entrepreneurial spaces. They are shining examples of gracious leadership, leading with both strength and heart.
Our programs are unique in their approach, designed to develop leadership and entrepre- neurial skills through a gendered, cultural, and global lens. Grounded in Harvard’s Authentic Leadership Program Framework, our graduates have broken barriers, redefining leadership to embrace authenticity and social responsibility. They have gained invaluable skills in negotiation, communication, and leadership across international cultures and genders.
Tonight, we celebrate their success, and the transformational journey they’ve undergone. We empower these graduates to continue to lead with authenticity and purpose, and to inspire others to follow the path of gracious leadership.
At the Dr. Yasmin Davidds Leadership Institute, our vision is to develop a global pipeline of multicultural women leaders who create positive change. With each class of graduates, we move closer to that vision. Together, we are building a future led by compassionate, transformative leaders who will change the world, one community at a time.
On behalf of the Dr. Yasmin Davidds Leadership Institute and our partners, thank you for your support
