Our culinary journey is an homage to Jim Thompson, a foreigner who fell in love with Thai culture.

The core values of our restaurant, like Mr. Jim’s, involve supporting the local community and collaborating extensively with them to promote sustainability and organic products.

We design our food offerings in the Thai way. Thais typically enjoy their meals family-style, with a variety of dishes placed in the center of the table for everyone to share. Sharing is an integral aspect of Thai dining culture, fostering a sense of togetherness during meals.
