For my capstone project I focused on designing a sustainable boutique hotel located in the province Rodriguez de Mendoza, Peru. The goal is to promote the local coffee cuture and historical heritage of the Amazonas region.

The lobby will be the first experience the guests will come in contact with. It will be a significant space enveloped in sculptural ancient motifs. This experience will set the tone for the hotel.

The courtyard sets the building’s organization into a radial one. It will provide a central area for the connection to nature. There will be an informational touchscreen panel on the local flora found in the courtyard.

The scent wall in the spa will allow guests to choose the coffee bean they want to use for their treatments. These will provide information on the benefits of each bean.

This is the final experience in the spa and it will provide guests with mental and physical benefits by receiving a coffee bath , unique in the area.

the chef's table
Guests will be welcomed into the chef’s table with this raw ingredients display as the center piece for the space. This will be a way for guests to connect directly with the natural ingredients seen in the table. They will be able to touch and learn about each one by getting a guided explanation.

Haute is an immersive nightclub experience located in St. Tropez, France. It is a collaborative project proposal. The goal is to exhibit Julien Fournie’s haute couture dress collection during the day and at night show VR projections for individuals to experience fashion in a new way.

Grand staircase works as a powerful key experience as soon as you walk out of the cage.
• Heart shaped entrance
• Covering the walls with mirrors makes the space look bigger.
• The application of LED pink lights sets the mood for the entire experience.

TERRACE PERSPEPECTIVE

Storefront entrance to the 'terrace' feel area of the loft's unique bar. Glass doors were a conscious choice to create a welcoming space.
Stone tile was chosen as the flooring for the terrace to enhance the feeling of an outdoor space.

CHALLENGE
Mantain Savannah's historic architecture while trying to design a terrace space.
SOLUTION
Got rid of the glass on the windows to create openings achieving the terrace feel space eventhough its still indoors.

Ceiling tile is a dark moody gold to magnify the vibe.

Mirrors help the room feel bigger while being a fun selfie experience.
Cocktail tables can be used for small parties as well as bigger crowds.
The carpet's main purpose is to help divide spaces as well as to absorb loud sounds.
