Four years ago we started a fall calving herd to transfer some of the work load from spring calving and also offer some older bulls for sale. “We also sold a group of heifers to Kazakhstan about 10 years ago,” Seth said. Friendships built with other Hereford breeders and their customers are treasured. “We’ve had customers buying bulls from us for three or four generations,” Don said. “We’ve gotten to know a lot of people really well and become good friends.
