Developing Futures Business Admin Apprenticeship Level 3 | Duration: 15 - 18 Months Overview Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large organisations; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will include developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services.

Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.

Delivery Model The course will be delivered through monthly workshops and onside coaching, as well as virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons. JGA will work with you to achieve the required level of off the job training.

It also ensures that the knowledge and skills they develop are quickly applied within the workplace, embedding behaviours and generating improvements that deliver a rapid return on training investment.

Assessments The Apprenticeship is made up of knowledge, skills and behaviours which will be assessed through both offthe-job training and work-place visits.

Learners gain off the job knowledge from regular workshops. They will pick up skills and behaviours throughout the workplace, and will be expected to apply these to the job. Once learners have met the required standard, they will be entered through to Gateway.
