Developing Futures Marketing Manager Apprenticeship Level 6 | Duration: 18 - 24 Months Overview The newest of the suite of sales and marketing qualifications, the apprenticeship is the result of trailblazer led by leading employers such as British Airways, Clarks and the Chartered Institute for Marketing (CIM). It is degree level professional quality training assessed by the CIM for Business-to-Business, Business-toConsumer and Business-to-Government professionals. Typical roles for the apprenticeship include Marketing Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, Corporate Communications Manager, Product/Proposition Manager, Insight/Innovations Manager.

JGA’s apprenticeship clients range from corporates Homeserve Plc and Kuehne & Nagel, to West Midlands Combined Authority and Pension Protection Fund, and specialist agencies such as Blackrook Media and Predictable Marketing.

This apprenticeship is designed to meet the requirements for registration as an Associate Member (ACIM) of the CIM. Delivery Model The course is delivered through twice monthly half day masterclass plus coaching from a marketing professional as well as virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons. We deliver nationally. The programme is personalised and has an expected duration of up to 24 months.

All teaching is presently delivered remotely and we plan an active programme of starts despite Covid-19.

Apprenticeships increase staff retention

The Apprenticeship comprises knowledge, skills and behaviours which are developed through both off-the-job training and work-place visits. Learners will have workshops or masterclasses throughout the duration of the course in which they will learn key elements of knowledge.

They will pick up skills and behaviours through both masterclasses and in the workplace and will be expected to apply these to the job.

Once learners have met the required standard, they will enter Gateway.
