etings One-Day Seminar On 'Taming Point'
The Urban Crisis Conference Committee will sponsor a oneday seminar "Turning Point" on Tuesday, September 16 under the sponsorship of the ADL, United Community Service Volunteer Bureau, and the Nebraska League of Women Voters. Mrs. Milton Waldbaum, chairman of the committee, announced the seminar is designed to put Omaha's social, racial and, economic problems before representatives of women's organizations and church groups. Invitations are being sent to 80 local women's organizations and churches seeking representatives to the seminar which will be held at the Pacific Hills • Lutheran Church, 90th and Pacific.
