Institute for Holocaust Education triples in size by BETH SELDIN DOTAN Director of the Institute for Holocaust Education The Institute for Holocaust Education recently welcomed two new employees, tripling the number of its staff overnight. In November, Laura Stastny

An extremely talented and very busy woman, Stastny has been indirectly involved with the Institute for several years. Jen Stastny, sister to Laura, is a member of the Nebraska Holocaust Consortium. Stastny says, “I am delighted to be a part of the

Hillary Fletcher and Laura Stastny joined the Institute for Holocaust Education as Administrative Assistant. Stastny brings with her over a decade of non-profit experience including her turns as Executive Director of a Humane Society in northern Minnesota, and her present position as chair for Nebraska Wildlife Rehab in Omaha. In addition to her nonprofit background, Stastny has a background in wildlife biology and is fluent in German. She is currently a registered representative for TD Ameritrade.
