đ&#x;‘Ľ Is Zambianga Crisis considered a test of security and military power of the Philippine Government? đ&#x;’Ź This is considered as a test about manner and how quickly does the government solve the Zamboanga crisis. This was also a chance to show the power of the government to repel the MNLF forces. But there was also some opinions that says using of front-line military involvement in security purpose has been questioned as undemocratic action.

Will this have negative effects on government?
đ&#x;’Ź This Zamboanga crisis was a 'stab in the back' to government. Many says that government acted
too slowly. According to the timeline, government started to act only after 2 days of MNLF attack. This is considered as late because government should act within 24 hours after the crisis on order to finish without any death. Also, people says that if government was successful on peace talk with MNLF, there will be no war and crisis like this. People also can't trust the government in any hard problems come.

Can the Aquino Administration overcome this and regain the trust of the people

There are many ways to overcome and regain the trust of the people but the best way is to resolve this crisis peacefully and quickly. Even if there are peacetalks, we can not be assured that it will be an effective and ideal way to resolve differences. It is a responsibility of government toovercome this. As the using of military power on security is undemocratic, best way to resolve this is to understand and be opened to them. We should hear their ideas and thoughts and try to provide their needs.

Government should be unified. But now in present days, this important factor is not present with our government. MNLF disrupted the power of Philippine Aquino Administration over Zamboanga.
