JetSwiss Pilatus PULSE - January 2025

2025 AND NEVER MORE ALIVE!

Happy New Year!

This is our third year for the Pulse magazine. WOW. A lot has transpired and developed since the beginning...

When we started The Pulse, we wanted to provide Pilatus owners with good, clean, understandable data. Unlike many of our peers who take data from 3rd party sources, we put in the work, day-to-day. Consequently, this passion for data and the real information prompted me to nickname our own Scott Glenn as the “Data Doctor.” His spreadsheets have grown 20x over the past few years and because of his passion, we’ve developed proprietary algorithms for evaluating aircraft and ranking the market. Nice job Scotty!

Back to The Pulse...

The Pulse has evolved into a bit more than just data. We wanted to use this resource to share our thoughts and stories, and help our readers with specific topics (weather, equipment, tax topics, insurance, etc.). Our back page feature is what I am most proud of. To me, this aspect of The Pulse exemplifies our passion and commitment to our clients and readers — always helping lend a hand with anything that we can to enhance your ownership experience. The back page feature also exemplifies our team, along with our trusted vendors/partners by showcasing their expertise.

So what’s changed?

We can all agree that the aircraft market over the past few years has been crazy. Values have gone PAST the moon and Jupiter, and now they are back to maybe just the moon! I The single most important thing that’s changed with the Pulse is our data and how we interpret it. Many of you have seen other Brokerville companies display the same old data under blind solicitation emails — portraying ‘expertise’ in a specific aircraft model. Don’t fall for it. Our client base depends on our ablility to read between the lines of data. Sure, it’s easy to ascertain a market “absorption rate” but how does this information stack up against the real time data of aircraft under contract or in pre-buys? We pride ourselves on keeping virtually real-time data on the market. This enables us to provide the necessary feedback to

our clients and Pulse readers that copy/paste reports from JetNet or Amstat simply cannot.

Speaking of which...

The year 2024 recorded the most pre-owned transactions in PC-12 history– the highest since 2021. We saw 134 airplanes transact across 6 continents. This is a testament to the product line’s quality of the design and manufacturing. PC-12’s are standing the test of time and new deliveries continue to enter the fleet at a much higher rate than airplanes that are retiring. This means there are more PC-12 owners worldwide today than ever before. The trickle-down effect of this is an expanding service center network, a larger pool of professional pilots, stronger POPA (Pilatus Owner Pilot Association) membership, and more opportunities for companies like ours who cherish and are passionate about the product.

What’s in the future?

As we move into 2025, the market remains balanced and healthy. Values have stabilized, averaging 100% of their original purchase price, with some early /45’s and NGX’s exceeding that mark. There’s every reason to believe this momentum will continue, building on decades of success.

The future of the Pulse and JetSwiss will continue as a constant quest to perfect the process. We can always do better and improve. After celebrating our 10 year anniversary last August, we feel that our little business model has stood the test of time and it has proven to add genuine value to our clients. More features, maybe more content for the Pulse, and perhaps even a new program are all on the table for JetSwiss and The Pulse.

So, here’s to a great 2025. Hug your kids, enjoy every moment you can with your family, and choose to make each day a good one. You’d be surprised how this mindset can manifest itself throughout the day!

Fly safe, Bub

BUB’S FLAT OUT FANTASTIC

JOURNEY

Last year marked a milestone for JetSwiss as we celebrated our 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, we’ve experienced sky highs and low moments, flying under-the-radar. Yet through it all, the journey has been nothing short of flat-out fabulous.

To commemorate the occasion, we asked some of our closest friends and clients to take Bub for an adventure of their own. We’re incredibly grateful for the unwavering support from all of you who’ve been part of this ride. Here’s to many more years of Pilatus flying, loving, and learning!

To kick things off and to no one’s surprise, it was Biz who claimed Bub first. Biz took flat Bub to the National Press conference and to Las Vegas where he got to stay at the Wynn Hotel.

Check out that view of the Sphere! But before leaving Vegas, Bub had to be seen with the beautiful ladies of Million Air Houston.

Because Michael did not have a chance of meeting Bub in person for his aircraft delivery, he jumped at the opportunity to take Bub on a “work trip” to Myrtle Beach to check on a new facility building. Michael’s general contractor took the boys fishing for some king mackerel and red fish.

Michael and Bub really hit it off on the “work trip” so Michael invited Bub to celebrate Anna Grace and Cathys’ birthdays. They all went to Baha Mar on Nassau. On the way back, Anna Grace lost her first front tooth while they were clearing customs into the US. They snapped a pic in front of their Pilatus while holding her lost tooth AND flat Bub!

CONTINUED...

Finally, Bub traveled around with Luke Moser and his crew. He met some new friends along the way.

Dean took a turn and tried to compete with Michael by taking Bub to the Bahamas. Dean may have lost the competition on the number of photos, but he sure did capture the best view!

After all that traveling , Flat Bub was pooped! He decided to head back to home base to be with his favorite people, the JetSwiss crew.

After 2 (or 5) margaritas, Flat Bub was back to feeling like his old self!

The truth is, we are just getting started!

JetSwiss aircraft achieve 4-5% higher sale prices compared to others in the market , a clear testament to the value of our turnkey solutions and rigorous standards! 10 YEARS AND BEYOND!

Almost 70% of our business is repeat and referral—proving our successful business model works! We’ve even sold the same aircraft four times!

Here’s to many more years of adventure. Thanks for letting us be a part of the journey.
