Jetronics India expanded to 26482 Series 1 Circular Connectors 2000 2022 1985 2017
In 2000, Jetronics India moved to manufacturing MIL 5015 Circular Connectors
Currently have a range of 75 varieties of pin configurations Manufacture more than 800,000 connectors annually
Clientele includes Indian Railways, Honeywell, ABB Auma India, Yokogawa India
MIL-DTL-5015 CONNECTORS
The Jetronics India MIL-DTL-5015 connectors are circular threaded coupling connectors designed as per JSS 50812 (equivalent to American MIL C 5015), and are ROHS certified.
These connectors are a great suit for usage in highly rugged applications, where power or signal has to be transmitted in an environment of temperatures volatility. The connectors have very high shock or vibration absorption capacity. Apart from providing mechanical protection to the contacts, the connectors offer the advantage of being light weight and easy to handle and ease of mating or unmating.
REVERSE BAYONET COUPLING CONNECTORS
This connector series is an enhanced version of the MIL-5015 threaded connectors. They are completely inter-mountable with the MS 5015 reverse bayonet connectors.
An interfacial seal is present on the male inserts to extend the creepage distance and to have a better sealing when the connector is mated.. They have an audible, tactile and visual confirmation of full coupling. Reverse Bayonet connectors also have high shock and vibration capabilities.
MIL-DTL-26482 SERIES I CONNECTORS
26482 Series I connectors are environmentally resistant, miniature circular connectors. They are available in a variety of sizes and configurations as per the needs of the project.
These quick-disconnect circular connectors use bayonet coupling and are environmentally sealed. MIL-DTL-26482 connectors were originally designed for defense and military use and are now commonly found in industrial, telecommunications, and aerospace applications requiring performance of rugged connectors in demanding harsh environments and extreme conditions.

RAILWAY CONNECTORS
Jetronics India is a proud supplier to the Indian Railways. Our connectors are widely used in the railways industry due to their ability to operate in the harsh environments. The Railway connectors are not only robust but also easy to handle making them suitable for the tough environments within the mechanisms of the railways.

ALUMINIUM ENCLOSURES
We also supply aluminum die cast enclosures. These die cast enclosures are manufactured as per European Standard EN 60529 (EN 529). The make of these enclosures is such that they are shock resistant and have a remarkably high level of anti-corrosive property, dust and water protection and have a temperature resistance of up to 260 Degree Celsius.
These enclosures are with ingress protection IP68 and are available in various sizes with any RAL shade color.
QUALITY CONTROL
Compliant to ISO 9001:2015, ROHS and CE certifications to ensure maintenance of highest quality
Quality control includes the activities from the suppliers, through production and to the customers
Incoming materials are examined to make sure they meet appropriate specifications
The quality of partially complete products are analysed to determine if production processes are functioning properly
Finished products testing is done by high voltage test, insulation resistance test and contact resistance test.
