Together, these qualities ensure that our team is not only equipped to excel but also committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

SALES ENGINEERING AND ANALYTICS

FLEET ANALYSIS

Large corporations are often interested in an analysis of how direct competitors are utilizing their aircraft.

For example: CVS analyzing the data of Walgreens resulting in CVS purchasing an additional aircraft of a different model.

Same with Sony comparing the data from Disney and Netflix.

REGIONAL TRENDS

AIRCRAFT SPECS

Our team develops professional specifications to showcase our client's aircraft in the best manner with accurate & verified technical data that Purchasers will be needing to evaluate an aircraft.

Our team analyzes trends to identify the ideal aircraft that will serve the needs of our prospects best. In the dynamic Asian market, prevailing trends often influence purchasing decisions, necessitating our agility and awareness. In South America, political volatility and election periods can greatly affect market conditions. By understanding these regional nuances, we strategically identify the ideal aircraft that best meets the needs of our prospects.

AIRCRAFT VALUATIONS

Whether we are advising on how to effectively position an aircraft in the market with regards to price, taking aircraft in on trade, or purchasing aircraft outright for inventory, understanding market value is critical. Factors our team researches before producing an aircraft value are divided into 3 areas as follows:

Condition:

• Entry Into Service Date

• Times & Cycles

• Maintenance

• Programs

• Upgrades

• Paint & Cosmetics

• Cabin Configuration

• Previous Owners / Operations

• Damage History (type of damage: Non-Deductible, Superficial, Minor, Moderate, Major / Extensive)

Price:

• Bluebook and Vref

• Market Data (see next page for our new technology, The HUB) which includes competitor aircraft on the market, average days on market, and percentage of fleet for sale.

Time:

• Depreciation

• How quickly does the Owner need or want it to sell (a low price will get a quick sale; a higher price may take a little longer). Time consideration: if an aircraft is on the market too long it gets “MARKET RASH” reflecting little interest in the unit.

MARKET TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

ADVANCED MARKET PLATFORM “THE HUB”

The HUB elevates traditional market data by going beyond the basics. Our dedicated team of researchers meticulously analyze platforms, websites, and actively reach out via phone and email to uncover the full story of each aircraft. This includes obtaining the asking and final sale prices, any damage history, and critical marketing and maintenance data directly from brokers or sellers. With the HUB, our clients gain a comprehensive view of all available and advertised aircraft across various market platforms, along with valuable insights into “off-market” opportunities. It also provides key metrics such as the percentage of the fleet for sale, average days on the market, and more enabling sellers to make informed decisions quickly and confidently with just a few keystrokes.

Unlike traditional valuation sources such as Aircraft BlueBook and Vref, which can lag by an entire quarter, the HUB offers real-time market intelligence. This allows us to deliver highly accurate and competitive pricing for aircraft, ensuring our clients are always in sync with the latest market conditions.

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION

JetHQ handles aircraft contracting, for sale or purchase. Our expertise includes drafting and negotiating terms and conditions associated with letters of intent and purchase agreements. We coordinate with escrow agents for deposits, titles and bills of sales. Our international in-house team manages aircraft registration and import/export procedures. We have experience in trust formation and ownership through jurisdiction and special purchase entities. We will take care of filings, delivery, closing and other paperwork required for a seamless transaction.

STRATEGIC LOCATION

The majority of all escrow agents used in aircraft transactions are physically located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA which is collocated with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Knowing this JetHQ has strategically positioned 2 team members in Oklahoma City to allow easy and fast access to both escrow and the FAA during the transaction process. Not only does this allow for great rapport with the escrow offices, but it also allows us to be prioritized when JetHQ needs expedited action from the escrow personnel.

IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL

Aligning terms & timelines of the transaction sets the framework for success with ease for both Buyer & Seller. Our experienced personnel have industry expertise and an indepth knowledge of the intricacies of various types of deals (as well as the nuances of unwinding a deal, if need be).

EXAMPLES OF OUR LEGAL EXPERTISE

All APAs have some general disclaimer that Seller makes no warranties regarding the performance of the aircraft and is selling “as is, where is,” however very detailed and strong language clarifying the Purchaser is not relying on Seller to determine the aircraft is in the deliver condition can save the Seller from dealing with post-closing complaints about the condition of the aircraft from the buyer. Based on experience, we added further clarification language to the Aircraft Purchase Agreements. The additional language added is: “PURCHASER IS NOT RELYING ON ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF SELLER THAT THE AIRCRAFT IS IN DELIVERY CONDITION, AND THAT, IF PURCHASER ACCEPTS THE AIRCRAFT AND TAKES DELIVERY OF THE AIRCRAFT, SUCH ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY SHALL CONSTITUTE PURCHASER’S AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT THE AIRCRAFT IS IN DELIVERY CONDITION AS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.” 23

DEFAULT TERMS

Making sure the default terms are specific to the risk presented to Sellers in a transaction, including making the default cure period relating to the payment of the purchase price shorter than other default cure periods in the APA to protect the Seller from delays in funding by the Buyer. Also making sure the agreement excludes any reason for delay in funding other than a systematic banking failure to prevent the buyer from citing delays such as “the bank’s board didn’t meet this week”, “the wire was held up for compliance”, etc.

DETAILED PPI SCOPE AND PROCEEDURES

Attaching the actual PPI quote from the facility, as opposed to general description, prevents a buyer from expanding the scope of the PPI due to a misunderstanding of a general term like “engine runs.” Also, adding language that Seller’s representatives get equal access to PPI reports as Buyer’s representatives, or limiting Buyer’s representatives' access to the aircraft during the PPI if Seller’s representatives are not also present can help prevent shadow inspections by Buyer’s representatives that lead to disputes over PPI scope and discrepancies. Language as to how a dispute on discrepancies will be resolved depending on the specific situation has provided further clarity for both Buyer and Seller.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

WARRANTY PROGRAM BUY-IN OR TRANSFER ASSISTANCE

Our technical team facilitates all warranty transfers and can obtain various engine program quotes and negotiate pricing for our clients.

PARTS SOURCING

JetHQ’s technical team can source parts from various vendors through proprietary platforms. This saves the client from relying on service centers and inflated pricing.

INSTALLED SYSTEM COMPLIANCE

Knowing what equipment needs to be specifically certified, and coordinating with local authorities can be key in keeping a transaction moving forward & meeting contractual timelines. When selling aircraft, various country registries have requirements for some of the installed equipment. At times equipment must be uninstalled and having the right technical team to facilitate this is just one example of how we find a solution to a challenge.

CUSTOM PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

Most pre-purchase inspections for business aircraft follow a one-size-fits-all approach (referred to as “levels”). Over the past year data shows that traditional/standard inspections have been consuming up to 10% of an aircraft’s value and taking a significantly longer timeframe than needed. At JetHQ, we understand that every aircraft is unique. That’s why we us a customized pre-purchase inspection process tailored specifically to each aircraft’s maintenance history and future operational needs.

Relying on generic, conventional pre-purchase inspections lead to unnecessary expenditures, delays in the sale process, and potential issues going unnoticed until it’s too late. Sellers may find themselves paying for inspections that add little value, while buyers risk acquiring aircraft that aren’t thoroughly vetted according to their future needs. By choosing JetHQ’s customized pre-purchase inspection, the client ensures a smooth transaction process, avoiding unnecessary costs, and gaining confidence that every critical aspect of the aircraft has been evaluated according to a tailored plan. Sellers present a well-vetted aircraft to the market, and buyers proceed with peace of mind, knowing their investment is sound.

PROJECT OVERSIGHT DURING THE TRANSACTION

JetHQ provides expert project oversite throughout the transaction from our technical team. Our clients are not left relying on their directors of maintenance or representatives of the service center to drive the process. We have an appointed team who specifically looks out for the interest of our clients while keeping the progress moving forward. Having individuals on the ground where the airplane is being inspected with good relationships with the maintenance facilities can mean the difference between meeting contractual timelines or not, the difference between not falling victim to “money grabs” by service centers, and transparency. Project oversite has enhanced our client experience dramatically.

In the dynamic landscape of the aviation industry, we know new challenges are constant.

JetHQ is uniquely positioned to navigate these challenges and deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.

WHERE OUR EXPERTISE AS A TIER 1BROKER SHOWS

The Falcon 7X Challenge:

We purchased a Falcon 7X for inventory, transitioning its registration from China (B register) to the USA (N register), and sold it to Senegal six months later. The pre-purchase inspection (PPI) was completed in France by the factory. Months after delivery, Senegalese authorities discovered that while the aircraft had been marketed as a 14-passenger jet, it was only certified for 12 passengers during taxi, takeoff, and landing due to bulkhead clearance.

The JetHQ Solution:

Where most brokers would have walked away after delivery, JetHQ stepped up. Thanks to our Errors and Omissions insurance, we protected the client from significant costs. Many Tier 2 & Tier 3 brokerages aren’t even aware this type of insurance exists, at JetHQ we make sure every angle is covered.

The Engine Damage Challenge:

Damage to an aircraft’s engine was noticed during borescopes, which required repair by the engine manufacture.

The JetHQ Solution:

Despite a long waitlist from Honeywell, with other aircraft facing delays of 12+ months for replacements, JetHQ leveraged our industry relationships. We secured loaner engines within just 3 weeks, enabling the client to close the sale before year-end and take full advantage of the United States bonus tax depreciation.

An Outstanding Fees Challenge:

An aircraft listed by JetHQ had a deferred engine program with outstanding fees totaling $557,000. The management company had collected the fees without onward payment to the engine manufacture. This not only impacted the aircraft’s sale price but also risked a potential lawsuit between the Owner and the management company. If discovered at closing, the Buyer could have walked away.

The JetHQ Solution:

JetHQ identified the issue early, notified the management company, and coordinated with them to settle the outstanding engine warranty program fees before the sale preventing any legal complications and ensuring the deal moved forward smoothly.

The Legacy 450 Challenge:

A Legacy 450 had an uncertified internet installation, preventing it from being exported to a country outside of the United States. The seller’s maintenance team had unknowingly accepted the uncertified system from the service center.

The JetHQ Solution:

JetHQ intervened, arranging for the internet, USB ports, and electrical outlets to be replaced with FAA-approved systems during the pre-purchase inspection (PPI), ensuring the aircraft met export requirements.

THE EXCLUSIVITY BENEFIT

At JetHQ, we believe that exclusivity truly benefits our clients.

MARKET INTEGRITY

• Prevents artificial inflation of the market.

• Ensures sellers do not perceive multiple buyers when only one exists.

OPTIMIZED NEGOTIATION

• Brokers can secure better deals without competition.

• Focus on obtaining the highest price and best terms for clients.

BROKER COMMITMENT

• Exclusive agreements incentivize brokers to work harder and prioritize your listing.

• Brokers are fully committed to the sale.

MARKET CLARITY

• Avoids market confusion caused by multiple brokers offering different prices.

• Maintains a consistent market strategy and messaging.

Exclusivity is the best way to work with clients who are committed to selling or acquiring aircraft globally.

JETHQ GO TO MARKET STRATEGY

CUSTOM VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY

We use standardized professional photography to showcase specific features of each aircraft we represent (we do not allow smartphone photos) and such assets for our clients. Confidential logos or personalized aircraft markings are extracted from images to protect the privacy of our clients.

Approximately 60 photos are taken to highlight the aircraft showing its features and benefits.

3D VIRTUAL VIDEO TOUR

Our video virtual tours let prospects step inside the aircraft, giving them an immersive experience to explore every detail, zoom in on features, and move through the space like they’re physically there. This powerful tool boosts engagement and helps them visualize ownership, setting us apart from the competition.

ADVERTISING PLATFORM STRATEGY

How long to keep the aircraft “off market”, when to place the correct advertisements and on what platform to maximize outreach while allowing the salesperson in each respective territories time to engage and follow up is part of the strategy plan the internal team develops for the client. Examples of things taken into account are regional holidays (i.e. Chinese New Year) and tax depreciation incentives (United States).

TECHNICAL WEBINAR EDUCATION SESSION

Our webinars are designed to equip the sales team with deep knowledge of the unique features and selling points of the specific aircraft serial number for sale. We start by highlighting the aircraft’s make, model, and history, then dive into its maintenance records, upcoming requirements, and standout features. This gives the Team the ability to compare our aircraft against competitors resulting in a quicker sale.

STATIC DISPLAYS / EXHIBITIONS

Allowing prospects to experience the aircraft firsthand, offering the chance to see, touch, and feel the quality up close makes all the difference. These events create a tangible connection that virtual tours can’t match, helping buyers envision ownership and feel confident in their investment. Static displays and events are coordinated closely between the Owners Team, the JetHQ Salesperson and the JetHQ Marketing Team.
