The All Night Miracle Prayer took place on August 1, 2025, at the Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran Memorial Prayer Tower in Chennai, where Dr. Paul Dhinakaran and his family ministered God’s Word. At the same time, it was conducted in 90 other Prayer Towers across India. An overflowing crowd of 1,600 people earnestly gathered at the Chennai Prayer Tower, while around 6,000 people attended the Prayer in their nearby Prayer Towers all over the nation.
Dr. Paul Dhinakaran shared God’s Word from Ezekiel 34:26, speaking about the downpour of God’s blessings promised to come upon everyone, especially families. He declared God’s blessings of wisdom, stature, and favor over the gathering. Led by the Holy Spirit, he called out some names of people and told them what the Lord was doing. Exactly, Bro. Paulsey’s non-functioning organs were restored, Sis. Vathsala was delivered from depression and Bro. Dinesh's brain condition was healed. Many others also testified of healing from tumors, cysts, nerve disorders, bone pain, and depression. These miracles testified to God’s power at work, bringing glory to His name and strengthening the faith of the congregation.
Sis. Stella Dhinakaran exhorted believers to seek God earnestly, trust His promises, and pray without ceasing, assuring them of peace, joy, and divine turnaround.
Bro. Samuel Dhinakaran addressed issues faced by the youth, leading the gathering in prayer for their concerns. Dr. Shilpa Dhinakaran prayed specially for young girls to be blessed and for their lives to be transformed by God to stand as mighty witnesses for His kingdom.
Sis. Evangeline Paul Dhinakaran prayed for every heart to be filled with God’s Spirit, for diseases to vanish, for evil spirits to be cast out, and for blessings to overflow upon families, Prayer Towers, and future generations.

Blessings upon your household
God blessed Obed-Edom and his household as we read in 2 Samuel 6:12, Now King David was told, “The Lord has blessed the household of Obed-Edom and everything he has, because of the ark of God.” Yes, when God stays with us, He cannot be without blessing us. His blessing will come upon us and our family. The Lord is going to bless you and your family in the same way.
In 2 Samuel 7:29, we see how David prayed for God’s blessing to come upon His household: “Now be pleased to bless the house of your servant…and with your
blessing the house of your servant will be blessed forever.” Would you too pray this prayer?
Blessings based on heavenly standards
The Bible says in Psalm 147:14, “He grants peace to your borders and satisfies you with the finest of wheat.” Yes, God wants to bless you with the first and best quality blessings. In this world, there are many standards of product quality, but when God blesses His blessings will be of Heavenly quality.
You cannot find such blessings in this world. God will bless you with the finest blessings so that you will be distinguished and special in this world. Through you, people will see and come to know about the Lord. I believe that you will experience this high quality blessing from now on.
Blessings beyond measure
In Malachi 3:10, God says, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. Test Me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
God is going to bless you so much that you will not have enough vessels, lockers, or rooms to contain the blessings that are coming. They are coming because of the love Jesus has for you. Just praise Him.
John 1:16 says, “From His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace-one blessing after another.” (CIV)
This is God’s desire for you. He does not want you to have one problem after another, one shame after another, one loss after another, one sickness after another, one financial burden after another, or one accusation after another but one blessing after another. When we seek God and His righteousness as in Matthew 6:33, filling ourselves with more and more of Christ, His blessings will come to us one after another. When George Stephenson was in the pursuit of inventing the engine, his sister Mary would keep asking him, “George, when is the engine going to run without stopping?” She asked so because the engine would run but come to a stop quickly. One day, the engine started running and George cried out to Mary, “Mary, the engine is running but it is not stopping. I
do not know how to stop it!” In the similar way, God’s blessing rain is going to begin in your life from now on and it is never going to stop.
The Bible tells us in Genesis 26:12–13 about how God prospered Isaac: “Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; the Lord blessed him, and the man became rich, and gained more and more until he became very wealthy.”
God is going to bless you too in the same way. This is your time. You will rise in spiritual riches, in health, in joy, in earthly blessings, in honor and elevation and blessings will be poured out upon your children. I declare this blessing upon you in the name of Jesus. People tried to close the wells Isaac was digging. But God kept blessing him with water wherever he dug and so people had to make a treaty with him. Similarly, people in your life might try to stop your blessings but they will not be able to. God will keep opening doors of blessings one after another for you.
Where do these blessings come from?
God has prepared blessings for us even before the foundations of the world. Hebrews 4:3 says that every blessing God has for you is already prepared, written in heaven before the foundation of the world: “His works have been finished since the creation of the world.” Yes, every blessing that belongs to you is already finished, planned, and established on your behalf in heaven.
My father once had a vision when he was critically ill at the age of 34 vomiting blood and near death. At that moment, the Holy Spirit lifted his spirit to heaven, where he saw an angel writing on scrolls. Behind the angel were millions of scrolls. The Holy Spirit revealed to him that each scroll contained the name of every person who would be born into the
world-their birth, their life events, and every detail, minute by minute, of how God would give them opportunities to know Him.
Even today, you must know that your blessings are already written in heaven. But they do not remain there alone. They will come to pass in your life now.
In Jeremiah 29:11, God says: “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.”
Yes, God’s plan is to prosper you with every blessing that is in Christ. In Ephesians 1:3, we read “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ." God placed all His good plans for your blessing into Jesus Christ and then sent Him into the world. God became a man-Jesusand placed within Him every divine plan for our good. As Hebrews 9:28 tells us, Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice so that these blessings could reach us, even though we are unworthy by nature. Only when we become children of God can we receive these blessings.
How can we be cleansed from sin to receive God’s blessings?
We must repent, turn to God, and be cleansed from our sins. God made a way for that to happen. He became a man and lived a pure, sinless life. Jesus, who was God in the flesh, offered Himself as a sacrifice. His blood was shed for our forgiveness.
1 John 1:7 says: “The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.”
Today, if you come to Jesus and say, “Lord, forgive my sins. I repent. I turn away from my wicked ways,” then the blood of Jesus will cleanse you, remove your sinful nature, and make you a child of God. Your old self will be
gone and according to Hebrews 12:24, the blood of Jesus will intercede for you before God to bring His plans into your life. That is how blessings come like rain pouring down from heaven.
I want to share with you the testimony of Harsh Moses Madankar from Pune: From a young age, he was brought up in the fear of God. But during his teenage years, he drifted away from Jesus and became trapped in alcohol, drugs, and smoking. His life was drowned in darkness, and even staying in a rehabilitation center did not bring change.
On November 17, 2023, while bursting crackers with friends, one exploded on his face. He was severely burned and blinded, and blood flowed from his nose. He was rushed to the hospital and remained unconscious for four days. Doctors said his left eye would have to be removed. His mother called the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower, and his sister emailed Dr. Paul Dhinakaran with his photo. The next day his mother and sister came to the ICU and told Harsh Moses that Dr. Paul Dhinakaran had prayed and replied with the verse, “I am the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26). Those words touched his heart, and the Lord made him repent and turn to Him. His grandmother enrolled him in the Jesus Calls Young Partner Plan. Miraculously, his left eye was healed and saved, and within 40 days, his face and vision were completely restored. The doctors were amazed. His old friends abandoned him, but Jesus became his best friend. He is now fully committed to full-time ministry. In September 2024, he married Ruth, a Godfearing woman. The Lord Jesus forgave him, healed him, and completely transformed his life. Today He and his wife serve the Lord witnessing about His love to all.

you and make you a blessing.
Blessings come through God’s Spirit
Isaiah 32:15 tells us that when the Holy Spirit is poured out upon us, blessings follow. Your life may feel like a desert now but when the Spirit comes, it becomes a fertile field, even a forest! Isaiah 28:11 says, “…with foreign lips and strange tongues God will speak to this people.” God’s Spirit will give you new tongues to speak His will which is to bring blessings over your life. You will no longer speak your circumstances and the negative feelings of worry, depression and failure. When God fills you with His Spirit, He will speak blessings over your life which He has determined for you from long before.
You will receive abundant blessing. Ephesians 3:20 says that He is able to do “immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.” God is promising this for your children. Isaiah 44:3 promises: “I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground. I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring, and My blessing on your descendants.” If you thirst for the Holy Spirit and cry out to God, He will not only fill you, He will also fill your children and the blessings will overflow to your generations.
A servant of God from Delhi spoke to me recently and said, “I have a church with 8,000 members. Recently, I conducted a meeting where 100,000 people attended. The reason for this goes back to 2010, when you conducted the Prophetic Conference. At that time, I was working in a call centre and had just accepted the Lord Jesus as my Savior. I attended the conference to receive the Holy Spirit. In your Prophetic Prayer Training, you taught about ministering powerfully through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. On that day, you prayed for
everyone individually, spending only about 10 seconds with each person. When my turn came, you said, ‘Many thousands of pastors will be raised through you.’ I was just working in a call centre then and had no idea about ministry. But the Lord filled me with the Holy Spirit and His gifts, and today He has enabled me to build this large church and serve Him. I now travel across the world sharing God’s Word.”
God will give you the same grace. You too will bring blessings upon thousands of people.
What are the blessings God’s Spirit brings?
“Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” (Luke 2:52) This is what happens when the Holy Spirit comes into you. God is opening the heavens and pouring out His Spirit upon you to bless you with wisdom, stature and favour of God and men.
God’s Spirit brings wisdom
God’s Spirit imparts wisdom that leads to understanding and success. “The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might” (Isaiah 11:2). When we depend on Him, He equips us to discern and act according to God’s will.
So, I declare to you that God can lift you up even more. The God of Joseph is alive. The God of Daniel is alive. You can be today’s Daniel. You can be today’s Joseph. Rise up with wisdom in Jesus’ name! The Spirit of wisdom, which is a divine blessing, is coming upon you right now.
God’s Spirit brings favor
My friend, God will give you His favor to lead and to manage and thus win the favor of men.
After my father passed away, the Holy Spirit gave me a special visitation and imparted to me the spirit of prophecy to speak to nations, kings, peoples, and languages. Through His guidance, we established the National Prayer Tower in New Delhi, the Israel Prayer Tower in Jerusalem, and hundreds of Prayer Towers in India and across the world.
God also spoke to me about Karunya University. He said: “Let Karunya focus its research in four critical areas-water, food, healthcare, and energy. Through these, bring solutions to human suffering.”
Today, Karunya has risen in impactful research. Students are securing top jobs. Products are being developed, patents are being obtained, and research publications are being released. God has granted Karunya A++ accreditation, the highest academic rating.

At Karunya Hospital, miracle after miracle is taking place—patients rejected by other hospitals are being healed, surgeries are successful, and lives are being saved. God also showed me the importance of caring for the needy through SEESHA by meeting the needs of poor children, women abandoned by their husbands, elderly people in old-age homes, individuals with physical challenges, the homeless, and pastors without church buildings. Following Isaiah 58:7–8, we began to help wherever we could. After that, God blessed the Jesus Calls Ministry in a mighty way. God gives wisdom and favor to carry millions
of people forward by His power. This same Spirit is coming upon you for your family, your work, and your ministry.
God’s Spirit brings stature
God’s Spirit will make you rise in stature just like Jesus Himself as in Luke 2:52: “Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”
Today, you may feel like a nobody but God wants to make you a somebody.
When the Holy Spirit came upon me, my physical height grew from 5'3" to 6 feet tall. But far more importantly, He gave me stature academically, socially, and spiritually not by my own strength, for I am nothing but clay, but by the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Yes, God will give you stature. He will attach His name to yours. He says: “I will make your name great. You will be a blessing.” (Genesis 12:2–3)
The Bible promises that you will have favor with God and man as He will be with you always. Because of His favour, people will stand with you. This overflowing blessing is coming upon you.
God will open your eyes. He will give you wisdom. Your life will rise. Your name will be blessed. God Himself will guide you with His wisdom as it says in Psalm 32:8: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.”

Flourishing as a family is more than just having comfort and stability. It is about living under the divine increase that comes from God alone. True flourishing begins with a home built on the foundation of God’s Word, where His presence is welcomed, His promises believed, and His blessings shared. The Scriptures are filled with assurances that God’s blessings are not just for individuals, but for entire households, generations, and even the communities connected to them.
When God thinks of you, He thinks in terms of increase.
Psalm 40:5 tells us that God’s plans are too many to count, and among them are blessings designed specifically for you and your
family. King David, though once a shepherd and considered “poor and needy,” rejoiced that God was thinking about him. That divine attention transformed his life from obscurity to royalty. When God places His hand upon a family, transformation follows. Smallness, struggle, and stagnation are never the final chapters in the story of a family that surrenders itself to God’s plan.
God’s pattern of generational blessing is evident throughout Scripture. In Isaiah 51:2, the Lord reminds us of Abraham, saying, “When I called him, he was only one man, and I blessed him and made him many.” God’s purpose in blessing Abraham was not just personal; it was to build His kingdom through a family lineage that would touch the nations. In Genesis 22:17-18, God expands this vision,
promising that through Abraham’s descendants, all nations of the earth would be blessed. This same promise is available to us today. When God blesses a family, it is not for selfish enjoyment. Instead, it is for multiplication, impact, and purpose. Just like Abraham, you are chosen not only to receive but also to become a channel of blessing to others. Your children, your home, and everything connected to you can come under this divine covering when you welcome God into your midst.
A dear brother named John once testified about his life. He had been deeply addicted to alcohol, drinking from morning until night. Often, he wouldn’t even realize whether he had clothes on while he drank. In this condition, his family arranged his marriage. However, after two years, due to constant fights and tension in the house, his wife left him. This drove him deeper into alcoholism, and eventually, he became bedridden. In this desperate state, a brother invited him to the Vanagaram Prayer Tower. There, he received counseling from prayer intercessors and began visiting the Prayer Tower frequently. Through those prayers, he found great comfort. That same year, his wife returned to him. She conceived and gave birth to a baby boy. The following year, in 2015, they were blessed with another child-a baby girl. Today, John is completely free from alcohol! He leads a beautiful family life, has secured a job, and even runs his own business. What a good God we serve, isn’t He? His household, once on the brink of collapse, is now a thriving family, blessed with children, stability, and purpose.
God not only restores individuals but blesses entire households. Proverbs 3:33 says, “The Lord blesses the home of the righteous.” When righteousness abides in a home through prayer, humility, and the Word, blessing overflows. Mere walls become a sanctuary of peace. As with the house of Obed-Edom in II Samuel 6:11, where the Ark of the Covenant rested for three months, and “the Lord blessed him and all his household,” so will the Lord
bless the home that welcomes His presence. The key is simple but powerful: invite God into your home. Let His Word dwell richly in your hearts. Live with humility, as David did, who said in II Samuel 7:18, “Who am I, O Lord, and what is my house, that You have brought me this far?” That posture of gratitude opens the floodgates of blessing. The Lord lifted David from the fields to the throne not just for David’s sake, but to bless the entire nation through his leadership.
A flourishing family is one that walks in God’s favor, shares in His purpose, and lives by His Word. It is not merely measured by material wealth or worldly success but by peace, unity, joy, and spiritual growth. The house of Martha in the New Testament, always open to Jesus, became a place of divine visitation. Your home can become a “home, sweet home” when God is given room to dwell.
Dear friend, allow God to build your home. As Psalm 127:1 says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builder’s labor in vain.” Let your house be more than bricks and mortar; let it be a dwelling for God’s Spirit. As Acts 16:31 promises, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household.” When one family member believes, the blessing spreads like a river bringing healing, restoration, and transformation to all.
As you choose to walk with God, expect increase not only for yourself but for your children and your children’s children. Speak life over your home. Fill it with the Word of God. Prioritize righteousness over routine, worship over worry, and humility over pride. When you do, you’ll experience what David expressed: “Lord, who am I that You have brought me this far?”
Flourishing as a family is not a distant dream, it’s a present possibility. May the Lord bring increase to you, your children, your household, and everything that concerns you. May your home be known, not just as a house but as a place where God lives, and where His blessings never cease.
FROM LACK TO LENDING
I was unemployed and I was not able to provide for my family. In desperation, I went to the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower and cried out to God. A prayer intercessor there prayed for me and something began to change. Not long after, I received a government job in a primary school. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. We enrolled in the Jesus Calls Family Blessing Plan, and God began to bless us. Our financial struggles were lifted.
My wife was suffering from many miscarriages after our first child due to demonic oppression. comfort and encouragement. The count of new visitors in social media were 2,24,113 and the E-magazines ministered to 1.5 lakh readers. Stella Dhinakaran urged the crowd to be persistent in prayer and I prayed for prophetic blessing showers and the spiritual gifts came upon people. I prophetically called out names declaring healing and deliverance. Many testified to miraculous deliverance. My son, Bro. Samuel Dhinakaran, shared about youth issues and led the prayer, and my daughter-in-law, Dr. Shilpa Dhinakaran, prayed for youth transformation. My wife Sis. Evangeline prayed for Spirit-filled lives, concluding a night of divine encounters that strengthened faith and glorified God.

Thank you for this heartfelt question. It echoes the cry of many who wonder whether their background defines their destiny.
I understand the pain of striving for something great when you have no precedence in your family. You’ve been persevering, praying, and believing for a breakthrough and still, the doors haven’t opened. It’s natural to wonder, “Is this dream too big for me?”
Let me reassure you: No dream is too big when God is in the center of it.
Yes, it's humanly challenging. Coming from a poor background makes the journey harder. Without money, it's tough to study in top schools. Without connections, it's difficult to land a great job. And without parental guidance or role models, it feels like you’re navigating in the dark.
Others, whose families have wealth and established businesses, seem to learn faster, climb higher, and get ahead more easily. Meanwhile, your progress might feel slow and insignificant.
But here’s the truth: This might be a human
challenge, but it’s not a challenge for God.
There was a girl named Sonia from Madurai. She lost both her parents while still in school. She and her brother were left alone, without access to the family’s inheritance. She struggled even to find a job or pay for her brother’s education. Life looked hopeless.
One day, while walking home, she noticed the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower. With a spark of hope, she walked in and requested prayer. The intercessors prayed for her: for divine provision, for her family’s wealth to be released, and for her to get a good job.
That prayer sparked faith in her. She boldly approached the authorities and requested the rightful release of her parents’ money. God gave her the right words and opened the door. The wealth was released. Her brother’s fees were paid. She got a job. God turned her sorrow into joy.
Today, Sonia is married, with a wonderful family and a blessed career. God built her life from nothing.
What Does the Bible Say?
“‘Not by might nor by power, but by My
Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.”
(Zechariah 4:6)
God does not choose based on background. He’s not limited by your family history, financial status, or human ability. He’s looking for one thing: a heart that follows Him. He called Peter, a simple fisherman, to become a miracleworking apostle. He called David, a shepherd boy, to be king. He called Gideon, a farmer, to lead an army. If He could do that for them, can He not do that for you?
A boy once came to Karunya University from a small village. He only spoke Tamil and admired the way Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran and Dr. Paul Dhinakaran preached in English. He began praying: “Lord, help me preach in English one day. Help me speak on great platforms.” He volunteered for small events and was encouraged by faculty. Slowly, his English improved, and God began using him.
Today, he preaches internationally in Singapore and Malaysia in English! He says he’s still amazed by what God has done.
So, What Should You
Do?
Don’t give up. Yes, people may laugh. They may say, “Don’t dream big. It’s not for you.” But your God is bigger than their words. Lift your eyes to the Lord. Surrender your dreams. Tell Him: “Lead my life.” He will perfect it. He will open doors. He will do miracles.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for the calling You have placed on my life to be a teacher. It is a sacred responsibility, and I ask for Your strength, wisdom, and grace each day as I step into my classroom. I cannot do this on my own, but I know that with You, all things are possible.
Lord, fill my heart with patience for every student, especially those who test my limits. Give me discernment to understand their needs, wisdom to teach with clarity, and love that reflects Your heart. Help me to inspire, guide, and shape their minds not only with knowledge, but also with compassion and truth.
When I grow tired, refresh me. When I feel discouraged, remind me that my work has eternal value. Help me to plant seeds of hope, confidence, and purpose in every life I touch. Let my classroom be a place where Your peace dwells, and where each student feels seen, valued, and loved.
Teach me to model integrity, humility, and perseverance. Let my words uplift, my actions teach, and my presence reflect Your light. Lead me by Your Spirit, so that every lesson, correction, and conversation carries Your wisdom and grace.
I surrender every lesson plan, every challenge, and every student into Your hands. Walk with me daily, Lord, help me see my students pass with top scores. Dear friend,
Have you ever wondered, “How do I grow deeper in my spiritual life?” As a young follower of Christ, you might already attend church, read the Bible, and help others. That’s a wonderful beginning, but God calls us to grow further and move to the next level.
Just as we grow through life stageschildhood, youth, adulthood, our spiritual journey also progresses. We start as spiritual babies when we first accept Jesus. Then we grow into the child stage, learning to pray, read the Bible, and understand basic faith. As we mature, we fast, serve, support others, and witness for Christ.
But we don’t stop there. Jesus said in Acts 1:8, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses...” Receiving the Holy Spirit and His gifts is vital. These gifts empower us not just for personal benefit but to serve others and impact the world around us.
The next level in your spiritual walk involves stepping out beyond church walls to make
disciples. As you use your gifts and live for God, He will keep pouring more into your life, transforming you spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Be Deeply Rooted in God’s Word
A strong foundation in the Word of God is key. Church attendance is important, but personal Bible reading connects you deeply with God. Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” The Word gives direction not just information, but transformation.
James 1:22 urges us not just to listen but to do what the Word says. As you apply God’s Word in everyday life, it changes you from the inside out.
Just like a phone needs daily charging, your spirit needs daily renewal through Scripture. Even Jesus quoted Scripture to resist the devil: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4). If Jesus needed God’s Word, how much more do we?

Timothy 3:16–17 says all Scripture is useful for teaching and equipping us for every good work. The Bible shapes us into strong disciples prepared for any task God assigns.
2. Build a Strong Prayer Life
Prayer is our direct line to God. Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call unto Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things.” Prayer isn’t complicated. It’s simply talking with God and building a relationship.
Without prayer, our spiritual life becomes disconnected like Wi-Fi with no signal. But consistent prayer brings heavenly downloads: wisdom, peace, healing, and direction.
Daniel continued to pray three times a day even when threatened with death. His faithful prayer life gave him boldness, and God miraculously protected him from lions.
Luke 18:1 says, “Always pray and never give up.” Prayer isn’t our last resort, it’s our first response. Through prayer, God strengthens us, fills us with compassion, and answers us.
3. Receive the Gifts of the Holy Spirit
To grow spiritually, seek the gifts of the Holy Spirit. These are not reserved for a few. They are available to anyone hungry to serve God.
One initial evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues. Acts 2:1–4 records how the disciples were filled and spoke in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
This experience is for all generations. Joel 2:28 says, “I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy...” God wants to empower all-young and old, rich and poor, male and female.
Be Bold in Your Youth
God is calling young people to rise in boldness. Paul wrote to Timothy, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example” (1 Timothy 4:12). When the Holy Spirit fills you, you are empowered to speak boldly, live righteously, and impact others not just privately, but publicly.
Let me share a true story to inspire you:
In 1962, a man in India saw a flyer that said, “Come and see the power of the resurrected Jesus.” Evangelist T.L. Osborne was preaching. On the last day of the crusade, he told the crowd, “If you are sick, lay your hand on the affected part and believe in Jesus.” That day, thousands were healed. Over 80,000 raised their hands to accept Jesus as Lord. Osborne looked out and said, “India is ready to receive Jesus. I had to come from America to lead them. But what are you doing here?” My grandfather surrendered to God’s work that day, and the rest is glory.
call still echoes today. Will you rise up? Will you say, “Lord, I want to be used in my generation?” Make that commitment now. Say to the Lord: “Use me in my area to witness for Your name. I want to be filled with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I want to serve, love, heal, and prophesy. I want to bring hope to the hurting and lead people to Jesus.”
The Holy Spirit is ready to fill you. If you’re praying for it, don’t give up. Keep asking, keep seeking, and you will receive. When He fills you, you’ll overflow with joy, boldness, and purpose.
Whether at school, college, or your workplace, stand for Christ. Be a witness of His love, peace, and power. Let others see Jesus through your life.
Dear one, the above verse says, “Seek the Lord while He may be found.” In my life, though I was born and brought up in a Christian family, till my 16 years of age, I had absolutely no interest to seek God. However, one day, as I was missing my parents terribly and longing for their love, the Lord came seeking me and said to me, “You are seeking only your parents. You are ignorant of Me, your Lord God. Oh, Daughter! If you seek Me reverentially, I will be with you and bless your life abundantly.”
Since then, even without my knowledge, I started seeking the Lord in reverence. At my 21 years of age, the Lord gave me a wonderful and spiritual husband, who was full of love, and thus blessed my life richly. As a result, my spiritual life also excelled! Since I sought the Lord with my whole heart that day, I am abundantly enjoying His divine blessings till date. Dear child of God, if you have not sought Him as He should be, take a decision today.
Yes, seek Him with reverence. Particularly, my dear youngsters! Seek Your creator in reverence (Ecclesiastes 12:1).
How to seek the Lord? Why should we seek Him? Shall we meditate on these deeply?
Ask! Seek! Knock!
Receive Full Blessings!
“Ask and it shall be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7)
Firstly, we read,
“I cried to the Lord with my voice, And He heard me from His holy hill.”
(Psalm 3:4)
I first learnt to talk to the Lord in the above manner. There is no use talking to ordinary men. So, you should also desire to talk to the Lord face to face. Particularly, young people and children should learn to talk to God, right from your young age. An important thing you should do first is to read the Scriptures diligently, every
day, meditate on them and tarry in prayer. Only then He would speak to you. Yes, the Lord is eager to hear our voice. So when we thus call Him, He would surely listen to us. Whoever you may be, He will lovingly speak to you, when you call to Him. He will surely answer you.
“The Lord has heard my supplication; The Lord will receive my prayer.”
(Psalm 6:9)
David has experienced this in his life and has written thus. Yes, no matter where you are, and what your situation is, when you call upon the Lord in reverence and in humility, He will surely hear your prayers, at any time (Isaiah 55:6).
How to Seek the Lord?
In the Bible, we clearly read how the men of God sought the Lord. How did Abraham seek the Lord? He was 99 years old. He had no child even then! Also his wife Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. So, she could not conceive a child. Yet, despite that situation, Abraham had faith on the Lord and sought Him with reverence. When he thus sought him, the Lord appeared to him and showered His divine blessings upon him.
though they did (Romans 4:17). Today, perhaps you are in mental agony because of various wants and needs in your life such as childlessness and so on. But, be of good cheer! The Lord’s Word is powerful. When His Word enters into you, you shall surely receive all the lacks and needs in your life. So, if you call upon the Lord with faith and hope He will change even the things that do not exist into things that exist! What did Abraham do for that? How did he seek the Lord and receive blessings, as seen in Romans 4th chapter?
The only way for you to be redeemed from your affliction and be blessed is to seek the Lord
“As it is written, I have made you a father of many nations - in the presence of Him whom he believed, God who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.”
(Romans 4:17)
Abraham gave a name to the Lord – God, who calls those things which do not exist as
First of all, he believed God. He was not weak in his faith. Secondly, as Romans 4:20 says, “he did not waver at the promise of God, through unbelief but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God and being fully convinced that what He had promised, He was also able to perform.” So, you should also affirm your faith in the Lord. In order to receive this faith and hope, you should read the Bible diligently every day and meditate on the Scriptures, which have a special power. In situations, when we do not know what step to take next, the Lord would speak to us as we read the Bible. The next is, living close with Him through prayer. Abraham was fully convinced that what God had promised, He was also able to perform. As a result, at the age of 100, he begot a child by the grace of God. Even in that situation wherein Sarah had passed the childbearing age, God blessed them with a wonderful son Isaac, as he believed fully in the Lord.
In the initial days of our marriage, we had
held on to the Scriptures and prayed for several matters. First, we had no child. I had a miscarriage followed by a still born boy child, who was beautiful and resembled Brother Dhinakaran. We were ridiculed by everyone. However, without being concerned with the reproach, we looked only up to the Lord, as said by the Bible. We spoke to Him through prayers. Hence, the Lord blessed us with a son at the due time. It is my beloved son Dr. Paul Dhinakaran! See, how the son whom I got amidst sufferings and pain, is living for the glory of God, today! This is how the Lord would see your tears, hear your prayers and grant you His choicest blessings. He will hear the Prayers in our Afflicted State!
In this world, on several occasions, we face situations wherein we are totally shunned and rejected by everyone. In the initial days of our ministry, amidst our various needs, there was none to help us. At that afflicted situation, we passed through several agonizing moments.
in many ways. Saul made several attempts to kill him. Absalom, his own son, chased him out of his kingdom. When we read David’s life in the Bible, we can see him in tears, being afflicted in many ways. Yet, how did he seek God, even in such situations? Each and every six verses in Psalm 23 are indeed golden! The most significant thing said by him is, “The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.” He spoke to the Lord, at that afflicted state and heard His voice. Once, having lost all his wealth and possessions, he strengthened himself in the Lord (I Samuel 30:6). As a result, we read in the Bible that he recovered all that he had lost (I Samuel 30:19).
When you call unto the Lord, in your afflicted state, He will hear your cries and answer you
“Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger.” (Zephaniah 2:3)
Today, are you in agony, wondering, “I have nobody to help me. Even my parents and friends have forsaken me?” The only way for you to be redeemed from your affliction and be blessed is ‘seeking the Lord’. David was afflicted on many occasions and
My dear child of God, if you too would thus seek the Lord, you shall not lack. Perhaps, today, you are in tears or in physical pain or undergoing sufferings in life. However, if you would accept the Lord as your Shepherd, you need not worry about anything. So, take a firm decision today saying, “Lord, I have not spoken to you all these days; I have not sought you. Be my Shepherd from today.” I accepted the Lord as my personal Saviour when I was 16 years old. Since that day, the Lord has been enough for me, till date.
“For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps.” (I Peter 2:21)
The Lord Jesus Christ is a model for us. He is the Son of the Father. There is no need that He should pray. Yet, in order that He should set an example for you and me, He prayed to
the Father on several occasions (Mark 1:35). We read in the Bible that He prayed in the evening and all through the night (John 14:23; Luke 6:12).
Dearly beloved, are you in an afflicted state today? Are you heart broken as you are rejected by your family and friends? The Lord will hear your cries, in your afflicted state. When you thus call unto Him, He will surely meet all your needs.
Salvation by the Holy Spirit!
“God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power…”
(Acts 10:38)
The anointing of the Holy Spirit is a spiritual gift of God. Today, how many of you have received the anointing, as a family? In our family, initially, we used to attend church as a routine. It was at this time, the Lord came seeking us and blessed us. Firstly, during the family prayer, the Lord appeared to my husband and filled him with the anointing of the Holy Spirit. From that day, He gave him the Jesus Calls ministry as his responsibility. The Bible says, “how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those, who ask Him!” (Luke 11:13). After the Lord Jesus died and was resurrected, He taught the disciples, who were with Him about the importance of receiving the Holy Spirit.
Lord for a few years and lagged behind in his studies. As parents, we waited at the Lord’s feet and prayed for him. The Holy Spirit overpowered him. He accepted the Lord as his personal Saviour, and after receiving the Holy Spirit by His grace, He sought the Lord much and started speaking to him. He waited in prayer saying, “Lord, I don’t know anything. Teach me and lead me!” What a wonder! Soon, he earned many degrees, with the blessings of God. Today, the Lord has elevated him to a great height, for His glory. The reason, he was filled with the Holy Spirit.
If you call unto the Lord in faith, He will change the things that do not exist in your life into things that exist
Dear one, God knows the depth of your heart. So, first seek the Lord as your Saviour. Would you ask the Lord from the depth of your heart, “Lord, wash me with Your blood and cleanse me of my sins, transgressions, evil thoughts and everything and give me the salvation, which You have earned on the cross?” It is not His will that none should perish. When you seek Him in reverence, He would stretch His hand and bless you. If you are in tears, in sorrow and in worries and pain, as well as in various needs, the Lord would now deliver you from all and wipe away your tears. When you seek Him He would bless you. When you, who are afflicted, would get filled with the Holy Spirit, He will deliver you from all evil.
“He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father…” (Acts 1:4)

An amazing evening, filled with pure joy & expectation, unfolded in Chennai on 26th July. Over 600 students in need received life-transforming SEESHA school kits from Bro. Samuel Dhinakaran (VP of Karunya Deemed University & VC of ‘Jesus Calls’ Ministry) and Dr. Shilpa Samuel Dhinakaran, SEESHA's Trustee. The event marked the launch of the distribution of SEESHA school kits to 15,000 deprived children across India.
At the event, cash awards were gifted to 6 Learning Centre toppers who excelled in the 10th & 12th exams.
