ADVANCING COMMERCE Bloomberg Businessweek reported that Boca Raton is No. 2 in the nation’s top 10 places to start a new company. Boca Raton’s A-rated school system and its appeal as a robust college town provide a pool of local talent uniquely qualified to succeed in an ever-changing workforce. Not only do we offer professional development opportunities for seasoned business owners and executives, but we also offer programs for our future leaders.
PROTECTING BUSINESS The Chamber’s political arm, Business Leaders United Political Action Committee (BLU-PAC), identifies, endorses and funds pro-business candidates to serve our city, county and state—candidates who, when elected, will make decisions that are in the best interest of the business community.
ENHANCING COMMUNITY The Chamber understands the importance of a vibrant community and is proud to support nationally televised sporting events like the Allianz Golf Championship and college football’s Boca Bowl, plus renowned cultural events such as Festival of the Arts Boca and Boca Bacchanal. The Chamber’s Golden Bell Foundation has donated more than $1.2 million to Boca public schools since its inception in 1991. With Boca Raton’s unparalleled quality of life, its robust corporate culture, A-rated public schools, college town environment, worldclass health care, and thriving economy, it’s no wonder that our city is home to half of all the corporate headquarters in Palm Beach County.
