Why should our kids have all the fun? Join us locally, or for the 2019 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!

A MARCHING BAND FOR ADULTS! Did you play, dance, or twirl in high school? This is the band for you to rekindle that excitement you felt as a “kid” with 400 like-minded adults ages 18-80!

NO AUDITION REQUIRED It comes back to you. Really! Practice your scales, download our music from the website and rehearse the charts a bit too. You’ll be amazed how quickly the notes return! Some of our members hadn’t played in 25-30 years before joining. You’d never know that now! Come on, you know you want to!

A SHORT SEASON EACH YEAR Starting in late January or February each year, the band rehearses five times on Tuesday evenings before performing 4-5 times around town. We’re typically done for the year by late April, leaving members wanting more!

Optional trips sometimes extend the “season.”

LOCAL PERFORMANCES AND BAND TRIPS! Yes we play around town but how about a “band trip” with 400-plus of your musical friends? In recent years the band has been to Seattle and Ft. Myers (2016), Tallahassee (2015), Washington DC (2014), Key West (2013/2018), and Savannah (2012). The band has also performed in Portland Oregon, Dublin Ireland, San Antonio Texas, Calgary Canada, Walt Disney World, and in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Members need not travel to join, but why not, it’s a lot of fun! 2019 takes us back to New York City and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!

Around town we perform at local parades and festivals such as Gasparilla, the Chasco Fiesta Parade, the Ybor City St. Patrick's Day Parade, and with stand-up concerts and festivals from Sarasota to Tampa. Every year we change it up a bit for variety!
