Dear Shorthorn Cattle Enthusiasts,

Welcome to the 10th Annual Maternal Event.

Ten years ago, this sale was built around a simple belief — that maternal power and functional efficiency still matter in the American cow herd. Today, that belief is not only alive — it is gaining momentum. Demand for cattle that breed, raise calves, and stay in production is rising. Those are the kind of females we’re offering again this year.

This event is not just another sale — it is about generational progress and future direction. The heifers represented here come from the heart of our programs. They represent proven cow families, proven mating decisions, and a clear focus on cattle that work in the real world — fertility first, structural integrity always, and enough performance to matter.

We invite you to study them. Think forward. Consider what your herd needs to look like five and ten years from now — and choose genetics that get you there.

We appreciate your interest in these females and in the direction of the maternal Shorthorn product. Your involvement — whether in person, online, or through your continued support of the breed — is what keeps progress moving.

We look forward to connecting with you and serving you in whatever capacity you choose to participate.

Sincerely,

The Byers, Beckler & Miller Families

She ranks in the top 25% of the breed for all four breed indexes— elite, balanced, and built for ROI. Her dam 91H may be the best Soggy Dog daughter in production here, and her sire Park Avenue is just getting started—you’re going to hear a lot more from him here in The Valley. Donor quality. Foundation female potential. The kind you can build a cowherd around.
