

Meeting were held with our Public Works and our City of Cottage Grove teams that entailed throwing ideas out there for our groups that are going to utilize the space together, and combine them in the best way we could come up with. We created design options for our locker rooms, staff rooms, and for our conference room areas. Both of our Public Works and City teams came together weekly to debate and discuss the design options created.
The idea in all these design option spaces were to create and combine the difference ideas there were being held during our team meetings, and compromise with what we had, and the amount of space we were given. Exploring the design options together as a grouped helped our Users feel like they were already occupying the spaces we created, and it helped our Users feel like were part of our design process as well.
