We changed the section for 2025 by creating it as a digital magazine and sending it out via an email and promoting it with a banner ad on denverpost.com.
The email deployed 2/25 to 100,000 people with children present.
The banner ad ran on denverpost.com from 2/25 - 4/30 with a call to action to click to read the digital magazine, hosted on Issuu.com.

Our benchmark open rate for email is 12% so with a 20% open rate that tells us the subject line was really strong and 20,000ish people saw the messaging just by opening!
Our benchmark click-thru rate is 2% so 2.15% exceeds our standard!
2,152 people clicked through to view the e-magazine.

The email was sent again on 3/13 to the audience that didn’t view the email the first time. This report shows the engagement with the 2nd email.
We gained an additional 12,991 views and 2,199 clicks to the digital edition of the camps section. We hit our benchmark of 2% with clicks.

Additional information
Reading devices: 16% engaged on a desktop device. 84% from a phone.
The highest engagement occurred March 14-20 and we’ve seen continued engagement through May 15!

The digital banner campaign on denverpost.com had an impression goal of 150,000 between 2/25 - 4/30.
Our click-thru benchmark is .06%.08%. This campaign exceeded expectations with a 0.19% click-thru rate. That means that of the people that saw the ad, 0.19% clicked on it and were taken to the e-edition
