*The surface of the Ez Lube Bushings need to be well lubed before installation!
1. Lubricate bushings before installation, then install upper control arm (1) to the vehicle. Washer orientation: two washers at 0.146", and one washer at 0.079", one black bushing, one steel A-Arm bong, one black bushing , one washer at 0.079" and the cluster of washers should be on the front side of a-arm mounting points on the Jeep. Use all 16 washers on installation. *The thin sheet metal portion of the arm mounting pocket (5) that is closest to the coil springs may need to be bent back slightly (toward the coil springs) with a bar or large pliers etc. in order to fit ALL 16 washer in place. This is necessary to assure that both thrust sides of the EZ Lube bushings have flat and parallel contact surfaces so that they pivot smoothly and get evenly distributed lubrication. Failure to install ALL 16 of the washers can lead to drive ability and alignment issues as well as reduced bushing service life
