Team, Thank you all for coming to the State of the Company presentation a few weeks ago. It was a treat for me to come see all of you in one week. I am extremely thankful for your hard work and dedication to this company. We have a lot of great things going on at Riggs. Here is a brief summary of the points made during the meeting:

I used my scholarship and graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville in May 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. I have been a nurse for nine years now. I started my nursing career at Healthsouth Rehab. I currently work at Willow Creek Women’s Hospital as a labor and delivery nurse where I care for women during labor, delivery, and the immediate recovery period. I have even helped deliver a few impatient babies. I am also a clinical instructor for the nursing program at the University of Arkansas. I married James Gray, my high school sweetheart, in June 2011. I have two

children. My daughter Bianca is four years old, and my son Thomas is one year old. We enjoy camping and being outdoors. Without the assistance, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

My name is Madison Young (Avlos) and I was a recipient of the Riggs Scholarship from 20112015. I attended the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing in December of 2016. I started my nursing career in the Emergency Department at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith before moving to Little Rock in July of 2017. After falling in love with the chaotic environment of the ER while caring for others, I continued my emergency nursing career at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. On days off I enjoy spending time with my husband Daniel and our golden-doodle Tucker. You can find us trying out fun, new restaurants in Little Rock, playing fetch with Tucker, or cozied up on the couch watching The Office. I am so grateful to Riggs Caterpillar for granting me the opportunity to pursue my passion for nursing. It has helped shape me into who I am today and has allowed me to grow in so many aspects of my life.

Congrats, Haley Franklin!

Hello Riggs Family, I am Dr. Monique Thompson, founder of Whatsoever Is Good, Inc. a 501c3 nonprofit with a program, The Zero Debt College Project that helps students learn strategies to access scholarships for college and avoid student loans.

Haley Franklin is a student in our program, and she has earned the Bronze President’s Volunteer Service Award. Traditionally, I reach out to each student’s school, community and city council so that students can be recognized by their local school and community.

This year there are 12 students in our nonprofit, Whatsoever Is Good, Inc. who earned White House Presidential Service awards.

Haley is the daughter of Eric and Erika Franklin.

She is a 3.8 GPA Honor Graduate of eStem High School where she was involved with the Lady Mets Basketball Team, Cross Country, Beta Club, and Diversity Club. She has volunteered with Camp Aldersgate, Museum of Discovery, and Fab44/G3 Academy where she has an opportunity to continue to educate and work with at-risk youth, give back to her community which is and continues to be her personal goal in life.

Haley is a Ms. Estem 2020, 2(x) winning MVP & Leadership Award winner with the Lady Mets, a Scholar Athlete, and has been on the Directors list since 2013 at Estem. In 2019 Haley received

the City of Little Rock, Intern of the Year, Runner Up. She is a member of the Greater New Bibleway Church of God in Christ where she is a leader in her Youth Department, apart of the Youth Praise Team, and assists in all capacities. Her hobbies include basketball, traveling, and listening to music. Haley received Two Full Ride Basketball Scholarships and numerous scholarships from Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Omicron Chapter, The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Hildreft Scholarship Fund, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Jamar K. Hildreth Scholarship Fund, The University of Central 14

Presidential Volunteer Award Arkansas, Riggs Caterpillar, and she is expecting more. Haley has committed to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where she currently has a 4.0 GPA and she is pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Her plans is to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse and further plans to become an APN. Haley mentors in all capacities including mentor at risk youth and mentoring youth with the Zero Debt College Project.

Haley is a very engaged student in the Zero Debt College Project, and we believe she is destined to achieve her goal of higher education without the use of student loans.

The world is a better place because of young leaders like Haley.

What is Prostate Cancer?

Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in America. In the United States, 1 out of every 9 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime.

These recommendations apply to testing healthy men without symptoms. If you have symptoms, you should discuss the next steps with your doctor.

What is included in a routine screening?

What are the warning signs of Prostate Cancer?

Routine Screening includes two types of tests, both are simple and relatively painless.

• The first test is a digital rectal exam (DRE).

Your doctor will lubricate a gloved finger and gently insert it into your rectum. Your doctor will feel for any enlarged or irregular shape in the prostate. This test is quite brief and might be uncomfortable, but should not be painful.

• The second test is equally simple: the PSA test. This is a blood test that measures the level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA). Since your doctor will already be drawing blood for other tests, the test order can just be added to the list.

Unfortunately, there are usually no early warning signs for prostate cancer. The growing tumor usually does not push against anything to cause pain; the disease may go silent for many years. That’s why screening is important and necessary.

In the rare cases, prostate cancer can cause symptoms. You should contact your doctor if you experience any of the following: • Frequent urination • Painful or buring urination • Blood in urine • Pressure or pain on the rectum • Pain or stiffness in lower back, hips, pelvis, or thighs *For a full list of symptoms see pcf.org.

How do I reduce my risk for Prostate Cancer?

Risk factors include an individual’s racial background, geographical location, family history, and age. Additional factors include smoking, being obese, and consuming too much calcium.

When should I get screened for Prostate Cancer?

The short answer to help reduce the risk for Prostate Cancer, eat healthy foods, stay in shape, and get enough rest. Also, maintain a thoughtfully designed screening regimen as you age.

Start to discuss screening with your doctor starting at Age: • 40 If you have a family history of prostate cancer or are African American • 45 If you have no family histry or not African American

Grilled Duck Breast

Yield: 16 Meatballs Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 50 minutes

Yield: 2 servings Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 25 mins

1 tsp paprika ½ tsp ground savory 1 pound ground venison, or preferred meat 1 egg 2 tbs dry minced onions 2 tsp THM Mineral Salt ¼ tsp ground black pepper, or to taste

1 duck breast 1 tbs Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbs soy sauce 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Cross-hatch fat on duck cutting through skin and fat just to meat of breast.

2. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, thyme, garlic and rub into cuts. Let marinate 10 minutes or more.

3. Cook duck breast on barbecue starting fat side down for 5 minutes.

4. With long tongs turn breast over and continue cooking another 5 minutes.

5. If there is any fat left on fat side put fat side down for a minute to burn off.

6. Cook 2 minutes longer each side for medium.

7. Remove from heat and take a peak (stick knife in center and make a cut).

8. If done to your liking let rest a minute 9. When ready, cut in slices about ½ inch thick and serve.

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly 3. Preheat a cast iron skillet while making meatballs 4. To test seasoning, cook a small piece and taste it. Adjust as necessary 5. Use a 1 Tablespoon measure to scoop out meat and form into balls 6. Place formed meatballs into preheated skillet (or use a baking sheet or dish) 7. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside

So while you’re preparing this year’s Thanksgiving feast, remember the following simple safety tips to prevent cooking fires and cooking related injury.

Holiday Decorating Twinkling lights, boughs of holly, and the smell of chestnuts roasting; hallmarks of the holiday season.

Stay in the kitchen when you are cooking on the stove top.

As you deck the halls

Stay in the home while you are cooking your turkey and check it frequently.

Choose decorations that are flame resistant or flame retardant.

Keep children away from the stove (3 feet away).

Keep lit candles away from decorations and other things that can burn.

Keep knives out of reach of children.

Keep matches and utility lighters out of the reach of children-up high in a locked cabinet.

Replace any string of lights with worn or broken cords or loose bulb connections. And read the manufacturer’s instructions for number of light strands to connect.

Make sure smoke alarms are working; test them.

Keep in mind the potential dangers of deep frying a turkey

Use clips, not nails, to hang lights so the cords do not get damaged.

Use turkey fryers only outdoors on a sturdy, level surface well away from things that can burn.

Before heading out or going to bed, blow out lit candles and turn off all string lights and decorations.

Do not overfill the cooking pot with oil. Determine the correct amount of oil needed by first placing the turkey in the pot with water.

Some lights are only for indoor or outdoor use.

When using ladders to hang decorations

Make sure your turkey is COMPLETELY thawed before you fry it. A frozen turkey will cause hot oil to splatter.

Choose the right ladder for the task and inspect the ladder for damage before use.

Stepladders should be opened completely and locked into place.

Check the temperature often with a cooking thermometer to prevent the oil from overheating.

If you are traveling out of town, be sure to check travel restrictions before you go. The CDC has provided the following steps that everyone can take to celebrate safer.

Last year, the National Safety Council estimated that 115 people may be killed on the roadways during the Christmas holiday, and an additional 163 may be killed during the New Year holiday. They reported that number would be higher if not for seatbelts; the use of seatbelts would save 245 lives over the same driving periods.

MARKETING? Over the past 60 days, the marketing team has put additional effort and resources into attracting compact construction customers with the goal of increasing market share in this space. Our strategy has been primarily digital and we’re using behavioral data to reach people who have shown interest in compact construction and have indicated they are “in-market” shoppers actively looking to make a purchase.

Facebook / Instagram Ads - We know people spend over 2 hours a day on average on social media. This makes it prime real estate for reaching our customers. We’ve added behavioral data and specific geography to reach users on these platforms and have received over 350 leads so far from this effort.

Search is also a key tactic with the majority of potential customers starting their buying journey. Our search campaigns have resulted in 1,500+ clicks to our website.

Retargeting is also a key ingredient to our strategy. This is where we target people with ads who have been to our site previously. This is a great way to stay in front of consumers who are actively researching before purchase. We’ve brought over 1,000 users back to our site by targeting them with these ads.
